I like "restricted" spaces. I feel safer knowing kids and pets won't wonder off to someone else's yard and do damage or just wonder off the property. Overall this house is lovely. Side note, are there houses that come with provisions for people with disabilities or is it upon the owner to customise the house suited to the needs as they arise?

The section on the kitchen that seems like an afterthought is the coffee bar. You can put your coffee maker and the space down there seems like a good place for a bottom load water dispenser.

Facts are a stubborn thing. It hasn't sold for quite a few years so the market is saying it is not worth it. It is a nice home but shows poorly due to the fact that one is expected to pay that much and still do some fixes 😢 Aki developers and sellers hawana aibu. And yes. I have said it is not a walk in closet. That is not the vision that comes to mind when you say that. IMO this is extremely overpriced and underwhelming as the master bedroom has no luxury at all, somewhat similar in size to the other bedrooms, no modern washing room, nasty swimming pool and a balcony that is a safety hazard. Not a good showing at all.

No. You’re hearing not worth it. Entertain the thought of “How many people in the market can afford it”. Luxury products don’t need to move like FMCGs. They’re not for everyone. It’s a beautiful home.

@@willyskihumba By the presenters own statements, the house was highlighted 3yrs ago. Fact is that it has not sold in the time since then. Logical conclusion is that it is overpriced hence no real interest in purchasing it. Fact is that what was presented is a non functioning pool. If that is a selling feature then I would expect it to be in proper working condition. How is it that if you live in 🇰🇪 you cannot call out a far inferior product for such a high price. The homes they or you highlighted in Tigoni are by far more modern than this at one third the price or more, though still overpriced. Fact is that it seems to have been unoccupied for a while hence available for rent or sale. As a Kenyan, if I had ksh 120 million earned legally, I'd be extremely foolish kutupa my pesa zangu into this property. Facts are a stubborn thing. It has not sold for a long while and probably won't to anyone anytime soon.

So why would you compare it to fast moving consumer goods that are for everyday sale as opposed to other real estate? Really odd analogy 🙄. A properly priced product in any market moves in a reasonable amount of time as its value is clearly seen. The idea that it is not for everyone is absurd. It is presented on a public forum without a disclaimer that it is not for everyone. It is less about what I hear and more of what I see.

I really like this channel, keep up the great work! Some feedback I'd give to boost channel growth: -Go around the exterior faster so you can get to filming the inside and getting to the areas of interest faster, a lot of viewers want to see the inside -Higher audio quality to lower the echoing in empty rooms -Make sure there isnt any background audio (in this video for example, a plane) cause it just sounds higher quality Nothing personal, just some advice. I really like both of you guys and believe you will become the next big real estate hits!

I think the conversations make it more lively and engaging, they are not selling houses, they are not an agency, just two friends doing what they love. The chit chats make it feel a more authentic experience. There is a reason more people are watching this real estate channel in Kenya, that is because it is not the old format style of reviewing houses where someone shows you a house 30min straight like a robot

Well Pam golding kenya is a well known real estate agency, and they do very professional videos. Check the views they get and compare to Mansa. Less than 3 weeks ago Mansa had around 5k followers now they are almost 10k so probably they are doing something that ppl like and feel worth subscribing to. There is always Priter Homes who does very good videos for those who dont like conversations but just want to take in the house views... Everyone has a niche they target and they are all good at what they do

Could you guys please try and cover houses from Riara Ridge, Nanyuki, and Kajiado within a similar-ish price range? Just a suggestion. I think a lot of Nairobi real estate is overpriced and not as lovely in comparison. To each his own, but just my 2 cents. Seeing those houses and comparing them with Nairobi houses seems to be a world of difference. No doubt that there are some gems in Nairobi, but very few, and I'm glad you've shown some here. Always enjoyable to see your chemistry with the houses, the viewers, and Willis. Quite warm and refreshing, and the way you go into detail is also top-notch.

Just 11 seconds into the video, and I can already spot systemic issues with African real estate. The landscaping is uneven, the stairs look rusty, and the white paint is in poor condition. I remember as a kid growing up in posh company-owned homes, but the homes of Africans, including ours, often looked outdated. In contrast, the homes of expatriates (aka white migrants) were frequently repainted, their lawns were regularly watered to prevent dust, and their landscaping was meticulously maintained. By the way, I am African, so please don't misinterpret my observations.
