Amazing brilliant breath taking one of kind unique beat I’ve seen. How much BS & a smile in a five min tour. I mean there’s positive & then it gets to a point where it’s just not believable.
That's a very nice mansion - I like it a tad small for over 3m. The host is a very a attractive young lady - maybe leave the street talk at the door, people whom may wish to purchase this kind of mansion expect a certain professionalism from the people who show the mansions or houses.
That's the UK in general. Why do you think I'm stuck in a two up, one, down, back to back house in a Surrey Hants borders market town with bugger all going for it? because it was cheap to rent and my current landlord's happy with me as a tenant and happy with what we can give him per month... but I've always dreamt I'd live somewhere like this, just pure, fantasy, pure wowser, pure des res, pure, luxury. I'd convert the basement into a spa suite, the kitchen, I would paint everything, red and gold, since I'm a Potterhead and lord of the rings, head, so the black doesn't sit well with me, I always imagined having a big bedroom with frosted glass bifold doors in and out, a whirlpool bath in all bathrooms, plus vanity unit with sink, no showers, I'm not keen on them, but I do use it for quickness sake if time isn't on my side, but I hate having a half shower screen over a bath rather than a full shower curtain or sliding screen there. I don't have a utility room in my current house, that's under the stairs with very little storage for two bins, dog food and rubbish, plus a big storage system of plastic boxes which I'd love to get shot of for something a lot more compact. My garden, again, would have an outdoor pool, decking area with orning, so it could be enjoyed in most weathers, patio heaters there, a conservatory area in place of the dining area, a sun room for those days where sadly, it isn't warm enough for sitting out in the elements. Upstairs, would be my office space, two, collection rooms for my two favourite Tolkien and Rowling collections, family permitting of course, I'd have a music room. The two largest bedrooms with enough suite would be where me and others would sleep and double up, with fake partitions separating things if needed. The kitchen, would have an island dead central, granite worktops, so much more clean than grainy woody things like I'm stuck with at the moment, side by side American fridge freezer, biggest I could find, double range aga cooker., glass fronted cabinets and drawers with gold handles everywhere, no knobs. They're just dirt traps. Dining table, marble top with wipe clean padded bench seat and 3 or 4 wipe clean padded dining chairs. No breakfast bar. I hate them. Half my kitchen counter sticks out across an already small space and serves as a breakfast bar where I live at the moment.
