Ive been doing agility ladders with ankle & wrist weights, and a weighted vest - for warm up, then box jumps, both legs, single leg. Then far jumps and finish with ten seconds weighted sprints.... I'm Explosive alright. Not allowed into airports anymore...
Hello there, could you please make an ACL Bulletproofing video for all the athletes of sports like soccer, rugby, basketball etc. Most of the knee strengthening exercises don't have what is needed to prevent the injuries which occur while rotation/changing direction (also during which most ACL ruptures occur). I ll be grateful if you look into this. Thank you.
Thanks Dane, really good exs for explosive power in that transfers over really well to sport specific moves. These cutting moves are great for soccer, rugby, squash, tennis, tigs, fleeing a riot, or a bar brawl, real useful.I'm so impressed in fact, that I'm going to start using them RIGHT NOW. Peace!
I agree, agility ladders are a decent warm up. I used to have a double ladder and hit it for 15 minutes. I took half of it apart and now just 5 minutes finishing with spins or going into a fast full squat immediately after ending. Some nice NB minimus TR BOA's would make those shoe strings a thing of the past.
Hey man, I'm sure I skipped a year or two in videos BUT... whatever happemd to your Lyme stuff? Did you completely obliterate it? Or just changed lifestyle accordingly?
