I did a day trip to a few of the location mentioned by you. I find that Canne's beach and coastal scenery remind me of Malibu beach in the US. I personally think Villefranche Sur Me should be included in this list. It's stunning!😅

Danke - merci - thank you!!! 😍 Same to you! Coming back from our winter break in Germany, it does feel nice and warm already, even though this week is pretty gray... End of Feb and March can still vary a lot, but during the day when it's sunny (it mostly is, but there can also be a very rainy week) you can sit in the sun and take your jacket off. Nights do get pretty cool still, though. 😊

Great recommendations! Going to Nice in roughly 2 weeks, so excited! Do you recommend driving to Èze and St-Paul-De-Vence? How easy/difficult is it to find parking? Thank you!

Hey, thanks! End of May/beginning of June should still be fine parking wise. It may take a little bit of circling to find a spot, but generally they are prepared to welcome the „masses“. So going by car is probably easier. Depending on where you’re staying exactly and where the specific buses take off, you can also consider going by bus. (Check the moovit app, for example, tuned to Côte d’Azur, that’s our source for bus lines etc)

This is a great video! I’m planning my trip to Nice next month and this has helped a lot. Is the village of Vence worth visiting if I do it as a day trip with St. Paul de Venice?? I know there is a bus that runs between the two! Thank you!

Thank you! You can go by car, they have a brand new public parking garage… or by bus. There seem to be lines 82 and 602 from Nice (departure: Place Garibaldi, ticket: lignesdazur.com). But we have to admit we never tried the bus to get to Eze!

Just wondering WHEN you were in EZE please, as I was there in early December and nothing was open, not even a cafe! I’m hoping to go back in January, so wonder if it will be the same again then please? Cheers from Australia

Hi, I think it was February last year that we filmed in Eze village. And you’re right: between November and January many places (hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops, galleries…) close for a few weeks or even months (happens a lot in the touristy villages on the French Riviera, not so much in the cities, apart from beach locations). Not sure you would be more lucky in January than in December, to be honest. When we were there, not everything was open…
