Ryt they be like do exercise when we don't having ability of walk how we can do that I will suggest don't take pills just say your mother for a hot bag so in 20-30min you feel better

Hey you can use 2 tablespoons of rose water mixed in half cup of warm water at night before going to bed. I don’t know it works on you or not but it release my pain seriously. Just use this I hope it helps you alot

It's not supposed to do during periods, do this on the other days regularly and there will be no pain

@@Lili-231that’s not true. They’re saying it can give relief on your period. Even if you did these stretches every day, it’s not going to affect your period cramps whatsoever.

I understand that we aren't even in a position to move. But just do the first exercise, I got soooooo much relief. Not even kidding. Keep doing these exercises once every half an hour. The one leg happy baby pose helped me with my hip pain. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS ❤

Apply sumo gel at the bottom of your stomach where basically ur having your cramps...it helps a lot😊

To my beautiful girls in pain out there, things that can help : A. Pills B. The fetal positions. You're gonna be crying anyway now might as well try crying in fetal position. C. Warm patch of water on your uterus( this helps crazily? D. Check if your feet are cold. If they are put them in hot water then do the fetal position. E. Cry

Do regular workout, drink plenty of water, reduce the intake of junk food... The pain will go automatically... Nowadays no one is physically active... That is one of the main reasons... During periods u can't start or do any workout.. Do regular exercise for the result... I used to fo regular workout I never felt pain.. But when I stopped workout the pain was really worse... Again I started workout.. Now it's better... Moreover please include protein, vitamins, calcium etc in your food....

I find that fasting with just liquids, like coconut water, teas without milk really helps I can't digest food very well during my cycle at least in the beginning. So I buy a bag of frozen mango. I eat it until I feel good ❤❤❤❤❤ I also take some pain killers if I need to

During periods...koi bhi exercise na kre or pet ke bl bhi nhi soe..isse pain badh jata hai. Jb periods nhi ho to exercise kre... exercise for chest and belly
