FYI I am a social worker and I have seen cases where children have been placed in the State’s care because of a messy (inhabitable) household (not saying that her household is at that point but it could get there). We understand that life can be complicated and messy but one has to have things in place to help them navigate such issues. She has a husband and kids that can help so... Excuses only gets you so far. How about making some adjustments to facilitate change than make excuses? Before I became a Social worker. I was a teacher so all this semantics, baseless postulations and assertions achieve what ends? Probably in your school you were not taught how to keep your space tidy. In essence, the school system, their parents and society has done these folks an injustice. And you summed it up to privilege. Being cleanly is a privilege? I have seen individuals who were precariously housed space more tidy than what I have seen in this episode. There shouldn’t be any excuse.

She is a lawyer and while her profession might be demanding that does not excuse her from taking responsibility if that’s the case. Hire someone to assist. I understand that deflection is a coping mechanism from not taking onus. It is easier to blame someone else and wish it away. It’s the easy way out.

I once had to work a 3 to 12 shift which meant I would leave by 1 and not get home till almost 2am so you expect me to also do household things as well? The way the daughter held the teddy bear tighter once he got closer... the way the older sister mouthed something to the younger after pointing out how he “does it all the time”..then the protective look she has towards her sister after saying “dad chill” ....she even puts her hand up to her heart like that’s a common safe sign for them... yeah that girl seems terrified to me. She’s very lucky to have a brave older sister. Unhealthy and I hope someone followed up with this after it aired 🙏🏼 that man needs help

The Sesh Talk Show this can really go both ways , my uncle was always obsessing over foods , like the skinny lady . He was way too skinny because of this . He was missing a lot of nutrients and proteins. He sadly died because of mal nutrition and failure of some organs , because of all the stuff he didn't want to eat .skinny isn't always healthy .
