I'm on a methadone prescription and I wonder if that's to much of a sin even though I'm repentant and forever kicking myself but this treatment I believe saved my life, I've been on maintenance treatment for 20 years! So I feel unforgivable one day and other days I feel forgiveness from the lord. I often pray to the lord Jesus to please be my shepherd and don't forget me as he promised, I tell him my heart is his and I'm so humbled and grateful for the torment he put himself through to save a sinner like me. I ask him to keep filling me with his spirit so I pickup the word of God wherever I hear or read it. This I see happening in my life. When I sin it sickens me and I repent. also I know so much of the bible yet I have never read it through, I've read verses an chapters but I often watch a book on RU-vid and I feel God sewing the word together in my mind. So I know he is with me. I was just praying today, "LORD, should I give my life to you today? Yeah, I can, but I have all this sin and doubt, should I wait?" And then the end of the video came. I do want to put my life in Him, I do want to receive His mercy, I want to glorify the LORD of all the world, the Creator of the heavens and the earth. I do want to, please pray for me that I really would put my life in Him!
I was a smoker for 40 yrs, I started when I was 12, and am now 52, I had a lump in my left breast and one in my throat that made eating hard sometimes. After 3 days of fasting , praying and crying out to our Lord , The morning of 3rd day, this power was instilled in Me, I felt like I was going to fly, and I threw away all my ash trays, flushed a pack of smokes down the toilet, I smashed those ash trays in my driveway, I wanted the Lord to see, that I was going to keep my word. 3 days later, all my lumps went away, My 4 adult children have seen this. Jesus is real, and he is pure LOVE, and Healing. You just have ask. God Bless you All :)

I'm 58 now and haven't had a drop of alcohol, gotten high, and alllllll the rest since. He used the song "Hosanna in the Highest" With of course His word and Spirit. "Heal my heart and make it clean, open up my eyes to the things unseen, show me how to love like You have loved me, break my heart for what breaks Yours(sin and all it's effects.....), everything I am for Your kingdoms's cause, as I walk from earth into eternity." Question for you: how did you fast? I've abstained from all food and water for over 24 hours but I'm not sure how I'd go about fasting 3 days. Any tips? I'm not planning on doing that unless prompted by the spirit or in desperate need but I'm sure the time will come eventually. Did you eat a little and drink a little each morning or how did you go about it?
@@Hallowed_Ground what matters the most about fasting is that it reflects your heart and that its genuine. Fast according to what the Spirit puts on your heart to do. If you're fasting but counting the minutes waiting for it to end then the fast is pointless. Fast when youre distraught over sin and fast when your desire for God supercedes the desires of the flesh. Make it about the Lord and not about yourself.

I have no doubt whatsoever that I have been directed to this video by the grace and love of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I have been desperately sad and depressed recently. I have made many poor decisions during my life,particularly in my early 20's and I have had to live with the consequences since. I was brought up as a Christian and was a regular church goer in my childhood and teens. I strayed from the word and presence of God and now,in my 40's I have seen the error of my ways. I pray each day for guidance and mercy and for the forgiveness of my sins. I say to every single person who has even the slightest feeling of wishing to be closer to God,to follow that feeling with all your heart. Invite Christ to be with you in every aspect of your lives,and love him as your brother,as well as your Lord and saviour. Blessings, peace and love to you all. Praise God.

I am 63 never married very attractive I'm told. No children all my family is gone. I was ment to be single for some reason and thats ok. I embrace it. I don't date because it's hard to find a good Christian man that has the principals I LIVE by. I will not settle. As no one should. There are blessings to all married or single. We all have our place. Maybe I'm an example to others that think they can not live on their own alone. I can tell you that you can. You CAN do it !!! Not that you asked me. Lol God Bless !
See all go through this. Sin is a real struggle- stay close to the Holy Spirit- ask him to remove those desires and change you- be honest with him- and he will makes your paths straight. Love to you precious soul.
My first attempt at mortifying sin as a new Christian was to stop taking the Lord's name in vain, as a swear word. I figured that one sin should be easy to tackle. It took two years.
I've had a battle with one sin for 40 years. It comes and goes and the one thing that brings comfort is that it's still a battle and not a way of life. Jesus will never cast you away because He gave everything to redeem you. He knew you before you were born and saw the battles and struggles you would go through and still came to live, die, and resurrect from death to make it possible for you to be with Him at His home and the home He prepared for you always. Take heart and keep on going.
Message to all Christians from Jesus through me. Jesus is Lord and God (John 20:28). Our names were not already written in the book of life because someones name being written in the book of life is their choice for it to be written. Our name is written in the book of life IF we CHOOSE to be a child of God and NOT REMAIN a sinner. Jesus DID NOT die for us to remain a sinner. Please read (John 8:11 NLT) and (John 5:14 NLT). Our name will be took out of the book of life if we go back to being a sinner and written if we choose to be a child of God. Your either a Christian who's a sinner or a Christian who's a child of God make a choice. In heaven will be God and his children not sinners. All sinners will be cast into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is Hell. Please read (Revelation 20:15) for someone's name not to be found written that means it wasn't written or their name was written and it was took out. Then read (Matthew 7 21-23 esv). Many Christians will have their name NOT found written in the book of life. Jesus will say to them "DEPART FROM ME" because they are workers of lawlessness and lawlessness is SIN (1 John 3:4 esv) they are sinners. Children of God are not workers of lawlessness read (1 john 3:9 GNT) that means children of God are not sinners. Christians who are Sinners will NOT be found written in the book of life only Christians who are children of God will be found written and only they will enter Heaven NOT Christians who are sinners.

I know what you mean. I just turned 59 and sometimes I think about my youth in London and where I am now. I have to trust the Lord that no experience is wasted even the really tragic ones. I dare not think where I would be now if I did not have the Lord Jesus Christ.
Turning 25 was horrendously hard for me. I'm 32 now. so, I guess that was 7 years ago. turning 25 was harder for me than turning 30. I still feel old, but I'm starting to get a grip on my reality and realizing that these might just be the best days of my life. I'll just have to look and see what God has for me, instead of remembering what God did for me all those years ago. God is doing a new thing in me send i need b to trust in Him.
I'm 58 and welled up at a certain point, i need to try and get back on track, i'm struggling, but i will never turn my back, i never forget when i begged GOD to help me 5 years ago, and like instantly HE was all over me like a rash, because at that moment i truly believed in HIM.... That's a true friend !
Proverbs 28:13 "He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and fosaketh them shall have mercy." Repent and ask God for forgiveness. Ask from your heart. And ask God for the strength to refrain from those sins💙

Not many will find that gate even the people who go to Church every Sunday. They will not get in. Why? Sunday is for Worship Church is everyday life living with Christ. Receive the Holy Spirit through Baptism and learn Godly love. With out love you will not enter.

My husband and I have been lukewarm Christians for the past almost 10 years, I happened to watch one of your videos where you talked about how God poured out His wrath on His Son Jesus Christ for our sins, something came to me,that my name was up there with Jesus, my sins were one of the reasons He had to be up on the cross,then I just couldn’t stop crying. I gave my life up to God when I was19 years old on the street not knowing what I was going to do. I just said to God "please help me, I am putting life in your hands." Within less than 2 hours I not only get a job as a live-in babysitter and had $180 dollars in my pocket. I was raised in the Church of England in the UK. We went to church every Sunday morning. I was a part of the choir but That's all there was to that. I did not have a Bible and was not told to read it or even that I could have a personal relationship with Jesus, this is something I had to learn for myself when I came back to the States. Well a few years later when I moved in with this lady and her children did I start learning about God and Jesus. I went to this church that they went to and accepted the gift of eternity with Jesus. I was baptized and was given my first Bible. I started reading it for myself and I went to church every time they had a service but still, no one told me I should study it or helped me with what I should do no. Anyway, I never was close to God, oh I would ask Him for help when I needed it. It was years later after going to so many different churches that learned to study the Bible, now I can't read it fast enough. There is so much there to learn. I never really was a good witness. I always said I didn't know enough about the Bible. There as a few times when I heard God very clearly and He wouldn't let me rest until I had done what He asked of me. Sometimes it was because I was afraid of the person or persons I needed to ask forgiveness other times it was because I was afraid that I would end up in a debate or something. When my mom passed away, I stayed with her all day the day before she passed and all night holding her hand, moistening her lips. She passed away at 6:30 the next morning. I prayed the whole time I was there and I felt so close to God. The Holy Spirit was with me the whole time. I felt His presence the whole time. My faith grew that night and day. But I still didn't know how to wetness. I am in a nursing home now for the last 7 years. When I moved in here I had so much faith and every time I prayed for someone of something, God always heard me. In here there are a lot of people to pray for and I do still pray for them. I cared about people back then. I had a lot of empathy and I really cared about people. Since being here I almost died 3 times but God brought me back. I know there is something He wants me to do but I don't know what. I feel bitter and I feel that I don't care but I do care. I wish I could get that excitement back and be on fire for God. I feel like I am on the fence only lukewarm and I don't know how to get off that fence. I have had a hard life and done so many things that I shouldn't have done and I know He has forgiven me. I don't seem to have any feelings, I never laugh or cry anymore. I can't get out to talk to a Paster because we are locked down. I do get out to go to dialysis 3 days a week and I talk about God and Jesus when I can. I need so badly to have someone to talk to. I am sorry this is so long, I just needed to talk to someone and ask for prayer. My faith is unshakeable but I am the only Christian in my family. Please someone just pray for me?

Thank you so much for this heart warming video. I am 67 know. I was 8 and really had a fear of death. My aunt died. Pets died. I would look out of the window and feel the fear of the birds on the ground eating the crumbs in the garden. The birds heads were in constant movement and send just seconds before they flew off because it was mainly sparrows that I saw. Luckily in London back in my school days we started school with an assembly. We would recite the Lord’s Prayer. That prayer is my favourite of so very many scriptures because I prayed it and the Lord knew my fear. I was baptised at 13 I really lost my fear of death only I would love to know how, I will have to wait and see. I have walked through life’s trials of highs and lows. Becoming a Christian was the best thing I ever did and I at times felt it was the worst thing when I couldn’t live up to expectations placed upon me. We are in this time of covid and it’s becoming clear that we will need our faith more than ever before. This will be a time of comfort for those that will put their complete trust in the Lord. Those that have no hope in life have already made the choice to opt out. My heart breaks for those that don’t have this hope. I am so very moved that this young honest preacher has given his life to the Lord and is faithfully spreading the GOOD NEWS OF THE GOSPEL. May the LORD continue to hear our hearts cry’s that we need his forgiveness. God bless us all , who seek him around the globe is my prayer. Amen

I had the same experience like Joe Kirby whenever the Bible spoke to me. I have really bad anxiety sometimes and well I was going through my stages of anxiety attacks I flipped Through the Bible Pages randomly and it landed on Peter chapter 5 and as I was reading the verses number 7 Hit me hard because it said cast your anxiety unto me because I care about you. I felt shocked and actually relieved
It's possible to randomly flick through many books and receive messages that seem miraculous. Try doing this on another occasion and note all of the times when the message seems mixed or confounding.

I am 21 and this is how I felt this morning , but I don’t want to go back , that was temporary benefits and I remember I begged God to set me free from those sins , they weren’t pleasant they were depressing , a temporary good feeling that ended with a mindful of trouble . This reborn life is hard because of temptations but God will give us strength to get through , the things that I would’ve been worried about or the things that I could’ve taken care of by living in sin God gave me his peace just to trust him and continue being cleansed out and I must say the past isn’t better than this , I was miserable but now I have hope . Have a blessed day because we are loved completely and I thank God he has chosen us. I am very grateful that he started me out at this age as well , if I could’ve been born following Jesus instead of my own ways I honestly would’ve chose to follow him for sure .

@@velkyn1 the "right" baptism is one that comes after repentance. Read Acts 2:38. To be saved, we have to repent, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission(forgiveness) of our sins, and receive the Holy Spirit. Then comes a life of walking out that repentance. Repent means 'to turn away'. We are turning away from our old life of sin. That is what being born again means. Living a life dedicated to being holy, not willfully sinning any longer. When Christ died for us He paid the penalty for our sins, so out of love for Him we stop sinning. A true follower of Christ is one that honors His sacrifice and follows Him by being holy as He is holy. I can explain further if you'd like and you have any more questions I'd be more than happy to answer them.

I am 20, and in the last 12 months I was sinful., but God found me there in darkness and changed me.... It all started when I desired to hear everything about God, and one day He led me to this channel. [8]Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ
I'm in highschool and I'm having a lot of trouble with online school, my sleeping schedule is out of wack and Im wrecking my GPA which is hurting my chances of getting any sort of scholarship. My relation ship with God in the beginning of this pandemic was so strong but now I barely have one with him; I've embraced the world and shut him out and Im in a horrible state. Please someone please pray for me to stop being addicted to social media other stuff and to get back to God.
Start by making a commitment to reading 5 psalms a day and you will have read through the book of psalms in 31 days. As you read ask God to speak to you. Pay attention to what you are reading and to what jumps out to you. Spend time in prayer during or after reading each day. Prayer and worship are our weapons. Renew your mind by memorizing scripture and rehearsing the m every waking moment. You will be amazed at the peace, freedom you will feel and how close you will be to God.
Hi Hope! I’m working full time, with 2 kids, and a full time college student online. I’m 28. Online school is tough and a major difference from what we’ve been used to. But social media has been a distraction from me too. It took a lot from me, but I deactivated my Facebook recently, until I felt well enough to go back on and know I won’t spend days on there. I don’t receive notifications from FB Messenger. Deleted Snapchat. Deleted music that caused my thoughts to turn against God. It’s tough, but through Christ, we are stronger than the temptations. Start your day with God, and end it with God, and it will get easier. ❤️
God is with you or you would not have been watching this video. Don’t doubt that He knows exactly what you are going through and just maybe you have been given more free time to find this out. God bless you child abundantly!
My personal experience of abandoning social media is that I gave up my life to God I repented and started praying everyday my life didn't get easier the same day but after about 4 months I can say without hesitation that I have no desire to go back to living the bad internet social life even if I go back I feel bored lol I mean I have absolutely no temptation and yes it is indeed a miracle for a 16 y/o me even in the quarantine that I made it out of that addiction so I suggest you tryto keep yourself occupied with reading scriptures like I did and pray and cast your anxieties on God I hope this has helped have a good day.

With COVID, I’ve been looking back to the days with, no masks, no lockdowns, no edicts. Longing for “normal”. Thank you. I have come closer to God during this time. The last 12 months has been good. It is worth it.
