Did you get the Star Wars joke? The tips go 4 5 6 then 1 2 3 😆 And here is the white balance video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RV6G2T7IqBU.html
Your videos are awesome! Please make a video on how your method of motivation! Breaking through a Funk. Honestly I want to do more but I feel like I'm in a Funk... Well thank you in advance!
It's always a pleasure to watch your videos! I currently own a Canon EOS R, a Canon 90D and a Canon M50....which was my first camera; when I bought it, a couple of years ago, I started to binge watch all your videos...now, even though I have more expensive cameras, I still enjoy using the M50 a lot...in fact yesterday I published a video about the M50. Anyways...it's awesome to watch a new video from you. Welcome back!
Following the tips, appreciate the vid, I’ve been using the M50 on my last four vids and love it..! I also noticed a upswing in my subscriptions that I definitely need.. lol.. later, see ya in the next one..!
I tried the modified neutral picture profile and it had little less contrast and a little to much saturation for my style so I tweaked a few settings (contrast -2, saturation 0) and the colors looked warmer and more pleasant than my modified standard so thanks for that
Those who started shooting on motion picture film stock had to know how to always light for lower ISO values (or ASA as it was called then). Back then, ASA 400 was so grainy it only worked for certain highly stylized looks. That’s why traditional tungsten movie lights are so huge and have such high wattage… so you can diffuse or bounce and still have enough light for a low ASA.
Oh my gosh! I miss your video a lot! Good to see your video again, uve helped me soooo much learning about my canon m50 and learn to love it, thank goodness ur back
Great advice. I still think the original M50 is the best bang for the buck for RU-vid. If you need 4K, the M6 mark 2 is an absolute beast for dirt cheap.
Hey... I'm planning to get my first camera was gonna get the M6 mark ii but the price is still out of my budget especially trying to get it with some gear and our currency is more expensive than the us rates (2x - 2.5x) So deciding to get the Canon M50 and get at least the ''Pancake' 22mm f2 and the ''Nifty fifty'' 50mm f1.8 You answered a lot of my questions here, especially bc i was perplexed about color grading and didn't want to since I might break down some of my video quality and don't like too much softness in the end result. I might just be using your picture profile for videoing, maintaining a lot of the quality and perhaps wb setting. You and Angel Zuniga {Both M50 Users} Inspired me to get the this camera Thank you.
Hey buddy! Thanks for the tip on the neutral settings! I just switched it over and I've got some new lights and gear to test out and make some videos this weekend so I can't wait to see how it looks!!! You da man!!! Also, very interested in your LUTs but also would be interested in you explaining how to use them. I don't know which editing software you use, I have been using premiere pro...
Great work bro. Thanks for being honest about the machine that I can afford. I will use the tricks that you suggested. By the can you include the MODIFIED PROFILE parameters in the description as it may be very helpful for us to set it looking at them.
Oh yeah! Please make luts for the natural color profile with contrast and sat at -4, I use this profile all the time and it gives me great results when grading. But luts would be way better! Edit: I just finished watching the color profile part. Do you grade your reduced-contrast-footage afterwards or leave it as it is? Just setting the contrast down and sat and sharp up seems a bit hmm... I have to check that out!
Awesome video, very well shot and informative. My constructive criticism as a new viewer is not having an intro. Not a formal one, but I was very confused and clicked off to see if this was part two. I’m not saying starting where you started was wrong, but I think centering the video would be helpful
Yikes. Great. I just spent a bunch of time doing lighting for a vlog shot with an ISO of 2000, figuring that was pretty good-- I'll try again to see how much of a difference going down to the low 100s makes. Also, I had never heard of picture style. Do you have a video explaining what it is, what it can do for you, and how to use it? Thank you for these very, very useful videos. (And your lighting on this one is really great. You look terrific.)
important things indicated which many miss .. need more suggestions frm u . i just bought a feelworld f6plus monitor. found out the audio meyer ni working, and then can’t play videos afterwards on the monitor 💁🏻♂️. what a bummer. then i saw your video mentioning it doesn’t transmit audio .. the camera. first i thought the monitor was defective. and can’t play the videos too afterwards .. any suggestions ?
Hey man !! I just bought a lovely macro 105mm sigma for my M5O and I wonder If I can do easily focus stacking with it. I don't want to go manually because my tripod is a bit shaky. I want to do it with my smartphone remote and choose different focus points and also shoot wit it. Do you think it's a good start point or you would do it otherways ? Thanks man !!!
You can do that pretty easily with the App. You can actually change focus incrementally without touching the camera too. I have two videos on the app that should help.
@@TheCrowleyCrew thanks man !!! I started few tests with a dozen pictures and it's so easy with the laptop software then photoshop. That's an awesone technique. I was alway struggling to have entirely sharp images for my products now its possible !!! Thankls again !!!
I can't adjust sharpness in the neutral modification settings. I can adjust the other values, but not sharpness. What settings would you advise for shooting a candid interview?
once you use the sony a7siii you will never want to use the canon m50 again, 120fps in full frame 4k with instant autofocusand a beast in low light! the m50 is Pony!
Hi! I'm a M6ii owner. Will your modified neutral profile work the same way on M6ii? As I know this cameras are pretty the same except some 4k upgrade in M6. Also you said: Contrast -4 Sharpness +2 Saturation +1 (and here's the question - from 0 mark or from the left position?) Thanks!
