If you want to grow your back, l recommend doing pull ups. I cannot do pull ups bcz of really poor grip strength. However, l do assisted pull ups and trust me bro, l have build decent back in 3 months where there was no significant improvement in back for 6-7 months progress.

This man knows everything .... Every word of him is precious ... That underhand grip really gave me elbow joint pain and that single arm row part is also ... I used to do single arm with 35 kg but nowadays I do it with 25kgs

Having bad leverages for deadlift(longer torso and short femurs)and performing deadlift with incorrect form can put you on stretchers for life 😳
