You are the main reason in improving my excercises. 1.5 years k gym experience mein itna growth(in body as well as doing excercise) nhi hua jitna last 4-5 months mein aapke videos dekhne se hua. Thank a lot. are one of my motivations to go to the gym and hustle hard.
