Minus The Gym, Austin Dunham, Fitness FAQ, Tao Physique, and Calisthenic Movement are my all-time fitness RU-vid channels. Edit: Scott Herman and Greg Doucette are honorable mentions though they don’t normally do calisthenics as much as these guys. Not necessarily a bad thing however.
Fellas, I'm proudly inform you that I finally succeeded to perform elbow lever for 5 seconds after 3 months of training. next is headstand. Will update soon or later..
3:50 Yeah, I bet I could hold that for at least a couple seconds. "This could cause cramps in your thights if you're not used to this movement" Guess who just found out.
You guys keep popping up on my you-tube feed...though I'm 52 and have been a mason all my working life and am certainly above average strong i have no where near this kind of developed strength , flexibility or balance. You've officially incited a riot inside my ego . Thank you for these various and manifold videos. A real Mac-Daddy invitation and inspiration to a wellness i MUST acquire . Thank you both and all who've contributed to these video productions.
But age no excuse im 49 trained since july last year I can do these exercises plus handstand, my body transformation is incredible, have it been easy hell no alot off sweat and pain, but all worth it
If you're starting calisthenics, your first goal should be to master the l-sit. It has push strength, stability, leg mobility, and a bit of core strength. Mastering this will open up so many possibilities and it shows that you're serious about becoming a calisthenics master.
I really like the calm, factual approach and presentation. Much less over excited and dramatic like many of the US channels. They might present prettier pictures, but here you'll learn how to do the exercises with progression, clean, focused and without injuring yourself due to the step by step. Thanks for that guys!
I love this channel they always explain extremely clearly and even show the common mistakes and correction to them to help us achieve perfect form. Keep making quality content!
andrew buckley repeatedly let your body fall to the ground in a messy heap. You'll only get better with practice. Just practice greasing the groove, and you'll get better.
Man, this video is awesome, gonna try to learn to do all of those moves, really inspiring for some new moves that seem quite hard. Instant subscription to this channel, I really like that you show common mistakes and ways to strenghten weak areas, makes it really easy to learn how to do the movement properly 👌🏻
Can you guys make a video about simple biomechanic stuff? It will allow the viewers to realy understand exercises from inside out, and will alow them to use the right exercises they need for their own specific goals.
This video is superb! One of your best videos yet. More intermediate content please! There’s simply not enough for intermediates out there. Thanks again.
You guys are just the best, you dont give us just exercises but you give infos about every single exercise and what to do or not to do... you are just the best when it comes about learn/develop calisthenics. I'll work for these exercises (I already can do L-Sit) Thanks. 💚
Moves like this are exactly why we love calisthenics. You don't need to know planches, levers, etc. and still enjoy in calisthenics and do some awesome tricks. Great video guys!
High quality calisthenics video on the Net! It really delineates all aspects of the moves. The narrative and video angles are perfect. The corrections are icing on the top. Kudos to Cali team!
Hey there ! I have a question, how to deal with imbalance ? Is there a specific way to erase it ? As usual, great video and thank you! Keep on the good work
I got your program in july last year in last week off level 2 i love it i will never train anything els, got your mobilitet program and do this on off days so basicly train 7 days a week my progress is amazing
Thank you for inspirational and quality videos! Still practicing basics though, but hope to replace/modify ring push ups with bent arm handstand and to do skin the cat for reps.
These guy always make me think "that looks fairly easy, I bet I can do that" then I fail to do it and remember these guys have bodies like statues of Greek gods
Can't be touched_Calisthenics is more about body control (both isometric and dynamic) and bodyweight training in various settings with an aim to develop strength and balance, not necessarily physique. So you can try harder progressions now to get only better if you have a good physique already! :)
Pablo Asin yes brother ! This is the big problem ! But, train correctly and taking care the results comming soon. #hardworkpatiently ! I wish health and good workouts !

Lussor the cells of the muscles have an space inside (they are larger, different from the normal ones, pretty much tubes filled with muscles fillaments with spaces between some of them), this is the space that is filled by your muscles when they get contracted. when you contract you muscle, it makes a force that shorten itself, but it's not his natural position, it tries to maintain the contracted form and this doesn't mean that the muscle stay in position all the time, so the fibers vibrate because it goes from contracted to relaxed multiple times shortening and lenghtening cause the muscles are going against and resisting the tension. well thats pretty much, i hope my shitty english does the job. ex di
OMG I'm so glad you guys released this video. I normally lift weights but am gonna be traveling the next two weeks with nothing but resistance bands and rings.
