If you are fluent in French and study in French at a rural Quebec university, you will pay the same tuition as the locals, which is less than $5k per year tuition. Eligible programs are IT, engineering, health and social services, and education (including early childhood education). Among the universities are University of Quebec and Lavel University. Seach for "Exemption from differential tuition fees depending on the program of studies and the region".

Hey Sis, thank you for the good work, I have decided to apply for the Masters in Management at crandall university, i am applying for myself, do you have tips to make the application smoothly? They particularly said we should submit unofficial and official copies. For unofficial copies, do they mean photocopies of the original? For official, will i be required to send via WES or via the University, please advise on the best way. Also kindly clarify if they need bank statements, reference letters and statement of interest. You can send with a copy of your transcript you got from your school and later send via WES but as at time for admission application you can just send with a copy of your transcript

Hi, thanks for the nice words. Yes Crandall is a DLI. Maybe you should go for a PHD. All schools are easy as long as you study, you just need to google research on schools in Canada giving scholarships for PHD. Hopefully you will get one 👍
