He's supposed call for a female officer to search her, and even then, the female officer has to be vocal about her actions as to not alarm her by a sudden search. He isn't allowed to search her. It was 100% sexual assault because he knows better
Yes that’s correct, The cop had no right reaching in her top, but that was the least of the problem, he abused her, shoved her face into the car, put his knee on her neck and all you seen was him reaching in her top? Are you kidding me? what are you as a citizen going to do about it? NOTHING, THATS WHAT. We are out here catching dirty cops and showing their crimes and the public does nothing. Until this happens to you or a family member all people do is talk about it, Do something.
Exactly, I felt like I was watching someone being assaulted and about to be sexually assaulted, not someone being detained by a police officer shocking 😢
Oh my god! He should be fired immediately! As a woman, I cannot imagine being treated in such way by someone we're all supposed to look up to!! That's horrible! I hope the young lady's doing fine..
The 2nd Cop is the exact definition of "anything can be deemed suspicious to a cop" Without bodycams, I couldn't imagine what a fictional story his police report would look like. And the dad and son would be sitting in jail for awhile, with the charges currently on their record.
the first dude started saying “who do you think you’re talking to” and was being aggressive so she stopped talking to him and it somehow made it worse. there’s no possible way for the city, county, state, municipality, country, etc to make up for what he did to her. he violated her in public because she stopped arguing with him. insane
a $20,000 fine is not the cherry on the cake. its not a cherry in the same country as the cake. that fine is paid to the government, not to the victim.
It's so funny... simply to read people saying this is wild or crazy. You're insane to think its been any different since well before phones.... Because-it's literally every single day happening to so many people - whom have been abused and/or taken to court and charged, etc. For absolute false & fake claims and lies from public servants - yet so many Tools have left their Shed to defend these evil officers in every state and every jurisdiction. There's 1 or 2 good and even they can be corrupt in a statement. That can change a life forever. But sure yeah, it's crazy or insane, wild... to see in video when you're blind to it during everyday life. So sad to know how many people have lost so much in life due to cops. Feeling like God's able to say or charge people with anything and as much as someone wants to say, it's getting better. It's truly not. It's just being recorded more. Which hasn't changed anything yet for years.... Take away Pensions & Qualified Immunity - the fix...
You can’t call professionalism a lousy high school diploma and an 8 weeks boy-scout training. Some of these idiots go on power trips simply because they have a badge and a gun and simply can take you to jail for any stupidity they do not understand. They have protection and could cause taxpayers a multi digits dollar amount. In most cases the stooges department may win the battle but citizens end up winning the war.
We are also people and should be treated as such. It should be “remember women are humans too” but unfortunately we are just seen as lesser than by most men. It’s awful. This goes to show that saying of “women need protection by men because of other men”
You know Seeing a photo of that first cop holding two oversized revolvers like he's Reaper from Overwatch already gave me the vibes that he might be way too full of himself. And when i saw him in action it was clear - "Yep. He's an asshole on a powetrip"
19:22 if you’re reading this, have someone stand directly behind you and try to turn your head to speak to them. I promise your torso will twist with you. You cannot control that. Her “resisting” is her trying to turn to speak to him, and she’s attempting to let him know about a medical need. When he shouts over her she stops answering him, which is within her rights. She’s not required to reply, it doesn’t constitute resisting or obstruction because she already identified herself and has been cooperating. Basically, dude knocked her out because she didn’t shut up or speak when he demanded and it hurt his lil ego. Good riddance, the force doesn’t need those kinds of folks.
That makes me afraid for my own personal safety. I can't believe that guy just standing there, letting it all happen, either!! What kind of AH does that?
I agree, although there there is a tougher screening of officers wanting to be state police. To pass state police interview and testing in PA. you cannot show any anger or animosity in any question on exams (as per friend who failed exam twice)
I hope there are ones like this, his tone was dead and he was marching. I think he meant business. If they'd let Hobbs do the whole thing he would have solved it I think. He didn't escalate, he communicated and didn't threaten, asked for info (try to find relatives and home), and actually seemed concerned for her safety. He herded her off the road into a parking lot and eventually a sidewalk/entrance, with no animosity. Obviously she's touched in the head a bit, but his interactions were pretty good. Officer Dumbass, not so much. Why was he allowed to take over, when the situation didn't need it?
If Aliens landed on earth, and saw that we pay a group of people to go around bashing us and taking us away, they would never understand it!! Crazy stuff!!
I am pretty sure you cannot handcuff a driver for rolling their window up, Einstein! The arrogance and stupidity of U.S. police officers challenges our sense of credulity and lays your pitiful existence as being of no consequence to anyone!
I will never agree with calling the police to handle mental health situations like that lady who was walking..Police are not equipped to handle these situations and it just makes a bad situation worse unfortunately smh
it's seriously upsetting how bad people like this get into the police force. It seriously ruins the public's perception of the police force for the ACTUALLY good cops. I'm on my way to becoming a police officer (in australia, not the US) and I aim to change the perception of police for every single person I encounter.
My son is a police officer here in the United States. He has no tolerance for crooked behavior, or power trips. He's received commendations from other departments as well as his own for being compassionate to the public, prioritizing the safety of bystanders during high speed pursuits and also cooperating with fellow law enforcement officers to deescalate a hostage situation. I hope more will join like him! (Frankly, I'm often surprised, pleasantly, at how calm and rational he is. Not my temperament, or his fathers. 😅)
I've watched a ton of videos of cops dealing with really difficult people who are quite literally violent and abusive, but they still manage to handle them calmly and professionally. So seeing the way these cops handled these people, they most definitely deserved to lose their jobs. This job truly isn't for everyone.
That full volume 'bout to hit platinum. I'm just walkin' along... singing a song.... getting punched in the face by the law... i have a video of it all.
These cops that were throwing drinks on ppl acted like they were Still n Jr. High & showed us that by filming Themselves . Real smart . Yeah that's something I want to spend my tax $$ on . They still think I need to Trust & Respect them .
I’ve done martial arts for decades and can say from experience even if a smaller person lightly drives their knee into your back or thigh or neck it creates such an uncomfortable pain your body instinctively fights back out of a natural sense of self preservation to keep that vulnerable area of your body protected. The absolute absurdity of huge cops practically blasting people in the back with their knees using their full body weight all while screaming “DONT MOVE STOP RESISTING” almost seems intentional to me, they know you will squirm, which allows them to use those verbal commands, knowing you MUST RESIST which gives them full authority to pull out the tasers. That and the way they twist people’s arms behind their backs while shouting the same brainless commands, try this at home, put your hand behind your back and try to touch your palm to the back of your head, that is basically what they are doing to people, it’s called a “kimura submission”, when your arm is being cranked to that degree causing all sorts of damage to the joint, muscle, ligament, tendon and cartilage, it is near impossible to “stop resisting” which again, gives them the green light to use even more force.
Man did nothing but roll his window up, and that aggravated the officer, what type of backwards logic raised suspicion that the guy could be doing something illegal enough for him to be detained?!?
Dude said “I’m going to take you down and hurt you.” I’m no lawyer but isn’t this illegal? He can take her down for many other reasons but to take her down to inflict pain definitely falls under the umbrella of cruel and unusual punishment just for starters.
How could this delusional man work with other officers and not one noticed there was something severly wrong with his behaviour, the second officer attacked the father at the command of this weird creepy man as well, guess his work mates couldn't see past their own delusions to note that this one is almost insane. Thank goodness for cop watch, seems to be more criminals inside the system than outside.
We are literally living in a neverending Twilight zone episode in this country! 😱😱😱😱😱 So far the first two are depraved but the third is absolutely insane and I have no words. Are those two cops freaking kindergarten kids??? Throwing slushies at citizens driving down the road??? What planet are we living on??? Crazy people portraying police officers out there.
Arresting and towing for a wide right turn? Not a ticket. Is this the kind of country we want to live in? Insane escalation after telling the dad he could park there. Should not be a cop or security officer.
How do the police expect to earn the trust of the public when many of their fellow officers do corrupt things that make the public distrust them? The old saying goes "one or a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch.
They shouldn’t be trusted or interacted with if it can be helped. They should be ignored. Ostracised and not allowed to interact with the public unless necessary. They are not good people.
"ONE bad apple spoils the bunch." When people defend the police by saying, "it's just a few bad apples." I immediately think of the THOUSANDS of these videos I've seen in the last few years. 😪
First cop should go to prison. People like him should have never been hired. He is a criminal with a badge. Charges should be filed and he should be prosecuted.
the second cop is hilarious. he over played his hand SOOO much that he had to deploy every dirty tactic he knew but in doing so, when he couldnt find anything and searches became drastically unreasonable, he dug his own grave. one dirty, corrupt tactic at a time. He thought he could control the situation. he was grossly mistaken. if he just didnt flex his steriod'd ego because of a rolled up window, he couldve gotten that ticket he wanted in the first place. officer: yeah ima going ahead and arrest him for that wide turn me:????????🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂ shoutout to the neighbor who let the father park in front of his driveway AND +1 video recording. the neighbor was the ex factor when the got the dad. no way the cop could say 2 separate parties were lying
The last woman was either drunk or dealing with mental health issues. But she wasn't bothering anyone. Plus she was in a parking lot. That's what 2 hours of training gets you.
What happened to sexual assault charges, and attempted murder added on for having his knee on her neck restricting her breathing, he's an animal not a cop, I hope he gets the same treatment in prison.😡
The Angelia Hall in this video is someone I know personally it's upsetting how she's been treated by the Loveland police officer and what makes it sadder is that she does have some mental problems and talks to herself a lot and is never doing anything wrong towards others
I'm so sorry that things like this incident have happened to her. Her mental health issues unfairly make her a person at risk to corrupt and ignorant officers like these men. I'm glad that the officer that hit her was punished but the whole force needs some training in mental health related issues and interactions between them for the safety of those at risk individuals.
The first one seemed like he was just way over earnest in being concerned for her. Asking what he could do for her. The second one, the rookie, way escalated it unnecessarily!
I obviously don’t know her personally but I don’t see a person with mental issues, I see a person that uses a different part of her brain, just by listening to her speak.
Looking at these clips, from my experience, I am made to believe Australia has one of the best and most professional police service I have seen compared to the USA. Australian police will treat you with alot of respect and dignity.
Dude if an officer did that to your gf would you be able to protect yourself and your gf with a firearm? I would believe so because he is causing great bodily harm and for no reason
Yo he was clueless about what the cop was about to do to his girlfriend because he was too busy talking on the phone instead of recording the situation. Look how the cop was watching where dude was and was doing...But even so to stand there and let the cop slam her and not even say anything...All hell would have been there right along with me...
Can you imagine how much of this stuff happened before there was cameras and they were never caught. They used to get away with this garbage, now they get caught eventually.
Time to shut this whole department down and that city council needs to go. They are supposed to be serving the public. That sheriff has some serious issues. He doesn’t follow the laws, but makes his own. He walked in unlawfully, and grabbed the man’s throat! This is a huge lawsuit. Everything they found after their illegal entry, will be thrown out. The people of this town aren’t going to tolerate their lawlessness.
7:30 the cop though the guy he pulled out of the car was being "rude" then he arrested the guy watching. This guy was just looking for people to hurt his ego so he could arrested them 😕
I'm an alcohol and drug counselor. The majority of my clients are/were in law enforcement. They have a serious problem with domestic violence and anger issues. Trying to modify this behavior is always more difficult for them. They seldom, if at all, admit they are doing anything wrong and often become belligerent add condescending
Those cops throwing drinks at people I just I cant get over that. Never in my life have I ever thought of doing something like that and yet here we have 2 cops with guns and badges who we are supposed to trust doing something so childish. Then cops cry out about how there are good cops yet we see these "good" cops following and laughing. And at no point will it ever cross their minds that this is why the public hates them.
“I will take you down to the ground face first.” Slam. “That’s the way it goes. I didn’t do it on purpose.” 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
I don't wonder why some people instantly run from police or are unwilling to call 911. There's always a chance you get someone like these "officers" and there's definitely a chance things get way worse. The supervisors "No" response to the request to turn off the cameras was epic. I'm glad there was 1 good officer here.
In the first video, it’s kinda heartbreaking to see another officer just stand there and I’ll allow him to physically mentally verbally abused this woman I am so going to start a AUDITORS podcast to educate people so things like this doesn’t continue to happen. I’m sorry for her family and for her, wow wow
