Mujhe to yah jankari bahut hi acchi lagi kyunki mujhe nahin pata tha ki 1. Seeds ko direct kabhi nahi khana chahiye ulta fayde ke bjay nuksaan hi krenge. Behtar hoga ki inhe roast karke hi use me laaya Jaaye ya phir inka powder bnake atta dough me bhi use kr sakte hai. Baki smoothies me to ham add krte hi hai . 2. Mix fruits ki jgah agar one fruit at a time khaayenge that is better for fast absorption. Don't mix fruits, skip fruits chaat , if want then separate citric fruits from sweet fruits. 3. Cashews ko either soaked or roast karke khaana (for weight gain/weight loss check video). Swaad ke chakkar me adhik nhi khaane. Max. 7-8 per day. 4. Hamari diet me daal to shaamil hai lekin phir bhi kyu ham vitamin deficiency se juj rahe h.. uska 1 Karan ho sakta hai ki Sabhi daal ko try na karna.. dusra unko 4-5 hrs ke liye soaked hi rakhna chahiye then soaked water and daal should be cook for full benefits. Even don't forget to use Mitti bartan for cook for maximum benefit. Avoid aluminium utensils. Daily use of aluminium utensils invites Cancer.

*Right way to eat foos:* *1. Dal: soak dal before cooking but don't throw the water in which it is soaked, mix hing etc in it* *2. Cashew: soaked or roasted for better health, not eat more than 7 or 8* *3. Mix fruit chat:* *4. Rice: not throw mand so cook in optimum water* *5. Seeds: soaked or roasted and not to eat more than 25 grams daily*

Soak whole dal for 4 6 hours. Soak split dal for 2 3 hours. Don't throw water in which lentil was soaked. Eat a variety of lentils. If dal makes you gassy add carminative spices like asafoetida ginger bay leaf etc. Eat fresh dal. Cashews have highest anti nutrients. So always eat them soaked. Don't eat more than 7 8 in a day. Fruit chaat is not good for health as each fruit takes different time for digestion. For making rice soak in water then cook it. Don't throw the extra mand water. Add pnly required water. Only if u r diabetic you can throw away extra mand. Don't eat seeds directly. Either soak them or roast them. Don't eat more than 2 tsp a day.

How come the logic is different for cashew and dal. While soaking cashew and draining the water it means nutrients are also get thrown away (along with anti nutrients).

I think it’s better to remove the water and instead make up for the lost nutrients by eating other foods like vegetables and fruits.

Dal colored fleece jacket 😂 looks good on you. As for flax seeds which people consume for omega 3 fats, I have read that the omega 3 gets destroyed by roasting or heating. After making powder, it needs to be refrigerated and still consumed within a certain time. If added in chapati dough and roasted on tava, the oil in flax goes rancid and is basically useless. People roast flaxseeds and add to saunf to make a mouth freshner. You can actually taste the rancid taste in it. Omega 3 fats are the most delicate fats that go rancid easily. So it is better to powder the raw flax seeds and use the powder in raita or sprinkle over curries rather than adding before cooking. My 2 cents.

raw flax seeds or most of other seed/nut/pulses contain antinutrients and phytic acid which makes their bio-availability less and hence doesn't get absorbed by body in its full potential and hinders absorbtion of other nutrients from other foods due to phytic acid.

I wouldn't say that Omega 3 fats are the most interesting thing about flaxseeds. If they were, given the quantity you eat, I don't even think it would be worth it.

The rice water is also good for daily skin care , u can use in ur facepack and or u can use the rice water to wash Your face . The rice water which are taken out after cooking rice that water is really good for ur hairs and for ur skin too not only it's give u healthy and clear skin but also glass glow skin . And if use masooor Daal the grinded one and soak it with rice water and gulab jaal and after minutes u just apply it for 15 minutes, believe it will give u damn new freshness and brightness in ur face.❤❤

Bro, I am eating raw cashews daily , total 5 per day and never had any constipation issues. After watching this video got scared of eating raw cashews. Do i need to change it to roasted cashews as you suggested ? as i never faced any constipation eating raw cashews. Please advice 🙏

It's not just about constipation but anti nutrients in the cashews when consumed raw , they stop the absorption of nutrients from other foods too so it's better to eat soaked or roasted

Cashews we get in market are already roasted. The roasted cashew we get is roasted a second time. Just go on eating cashews daily. It won't harm you.

But, water used to soak lentils contains tannins or phytic acid, which may inhibit nutrient absorption & also lead to bloating and discomfort. Isn't the whole point of soaking lentlls to get rid of phytic acid/anti-nutrient? It's the same reason, like you discarded cashew water.
