Not just he ate healthy in budget he also didn't use any bike or scooty to find shops he just walked to different places. Another trick to stay fit. Also the last 30 rupees spent was really worth. Loved it❤

I try to avoid eating almost at all when I am travelling on short tour of few hours or for a day and do not carry my meal from home leaving myself almost starving till I reach home. From 10am(breakfast time) to 7pm (dinner/dessert completion time), it makes 9hrs. Within 9hrs people generally don't tend to have 4 meals. It is good to follow the 16:8 eating window to make sure our body doesn't become insulin resistant hence in the 8hrs eating window, 3 meals are justified. This should be followed from childhood days along with some regular simple exercises.
