The water bit is actually so fucking true. Keeping well-hydrated during your day will keep you feeling fresh and less tired/fatigued which in turn will make everything suck a bit less. You know that feeling at work where you're just eyeing the clock and can't wait to get off and go home? Yea, it actually does help with that a bit. And "how you do anything is how you do everything" is also true as hell. Pay attention to the task at hand and try to complete it to the best of your abilities, but also don't sweat it. Give it your best but don't stress out about it. Apply this approach to everything you do and I guarantee you won't have to redo or come back to as many things as you would otherwise. But yea, great video man, thumbs up from me!
