I just found you, im disabled and i basically had to give up cooking because i kept getting burned in the face by hot grease trying to cook from my wheelchair , so yesterday i bought a brand new nice skillet like yours. Sorry about u in wheelchair. An making it hard to cook for u try getting a a justible table sn table top appliances like a wye an eletroc.deep fryers an put them down low where u can reach them. Now if u got pets or kids not a good idea but u can make things work for u

Thank you so much for your demos. I am living in a hotel suite temporarily due to Harvey and had no idea I could use my electric skillet for so many different dishes. I'm also using a rice cooker, frydaddy and slow cooker. That's my kitchen plus the microwave that came in the room. I have experimented with the rice cooker. I cooked dry beans in it two days ago. Keep posting the ideas.

I love that you used the spiced hamb grease to cook the tortillas! Bravo. This is how the world cooks and how our grandparents cooked. No WASTE. No yucky seed oils or soy oil.

Your homemade pre mixes are genius....why didn't I ever think of that?. So much cheaper than buying a mix and you know EXACTLY what goes in the mix. I never realized you could bake in an electric skillet. Last summer, my family and I traveled across country and I used my electric skillet every night for dinner. We saved so much money that way. . We're vegetarians but I think I can adapt your recipes to suit our needs. Thanks for sharing.

I used to always use my electric skillet but changed to using crockpot after watching this I am going back to using my electric skillet...you had me at the enchiladas yum-o lol

I am always looking for a good way to cook without being in the space of the others I share the kitchen with because I am sharing with others so I thank you for showing these different recipes in the electric skillet. I thought of buying one to keep energy cost down. I was channel hopping once and stumbled upon yours so I had to come back. This time I subscribed to make it easier on myself. I have downsized from my own 2bedroom home to room sharing.so one pot meals are ideal nowadays.

My loyal oven of 30 years has finally reached the end of her time, so I'm getting a small skillet after work today, at least until I can afford to buy a new range. Thank you for making this; I have some other ideas to try as well!

My electric skillet saved me when I moved to a new home with small babies. The gas company got the date for turning on the services wrong and I found myself with no hot water to bathe. I heated water in the skillet and bathe the babies, then we did the same for us. We just added the hot water to cold water in a bucket and bathe old school way. lol I've found that a large toaster oven that can fit loaf pans and small cake pans have saved me when the oven goes out. My oven is out right now so I'm back to the toaster oven. I also have more videos here with more skillet meals too. I think I'll go make a playlist.

I never realized that I could use my electric skillet to bake things like this! I am very excited! I am not able to to do a lot of baking due to a disability and barely get to cook any more and miss a lot of my favorite recipes so now I am wondering if I can adapt them for the electric skillet which I use fairly often.... This brownie mix is different from your older brownie mix video. The mix ratios are different. For instance, one calls for 2 eggs but the other one 4 eggs. Which is the best one to follow for making in an electric skillet? These days 4 eggs is a lot! Thank you for your great videos!! Can't wait to make some of this stuff!!!

The lipstick is New Nouveaun #681 vibrant violet Matte. I also use the same brand # 680 Mesmerizing Magenta and 675 Faint for Fuchsia. Jada found them for me at Walmart. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.

The lid is tempered so it won't break. Remember that if you are not frying something, you need to keep it at 250 or less okay. Anything above that you should have a lot of oil and be frying.
