Monochrome look is fantastic. Just the boxer shorts truly cheapen the look. I'd wear them as a pajama, or doing water sports (SUP, kayak, ect), not walking the streets.
The colors are beautiful. The concept is timeless. The actual choices are not very ladylike. Where I live showing skin in these ways would be considered “cheap” and not chic. I think there are options that are actually wearable for more women.
“…the second it gets windy, chilly and rainy I’m reaching for my trench coat.” Well and good, but I’d also be reaching for some beautifully cut pants in a wool/cashmere blend, with some elegant boots, instead of hot pants and kitten heels , brrrrr…..🥶🥶🌧️💨
While I do appreciate the monochrome colour combinations these outfits, are really only suitable for posing, not for actual wear. Also, did you notice that the short shorts actully made the legs look unproportionately short, just like the long skirts, and that is because they were all low-rise and thus accentuate a long torso.
It’s currently 5 degrees C in Paris 😅not sure what season these looks are for. I will forever support the monochrome concept which is in itself timeless but these outfits need adjustments in my opinion to be functional and allow you actually leave the house without getting hypothermia. 😂 nothing chic about frostbite 🥶 Still adore your channel ❤
You can be creative and add tights, wool shorts or update the outfit to fit your own body and character👌. The temperatures dropped in one day in Paris (it’s +18 where we are in Paris). It’s difficult to film outfits for every season, body and age all with the same guest who is invited to share their own style in the first place 😉
Wearing panties like this on the street IS silly. And not elegant. I wonder who could wear sth like this to work😮. Saying No to outfits without bottoms😂
Love all the outfits...with one exception...the knit shorts look like underwear....I'd prefer a structured short in a lined wool or a heavy cotton.. Like that you are showcasing your legs as they are lovely and an asset! Also..like showing a bit of skin when you are young and toned. I'm not young but I have great legs...however, my stomach (2 pregnancies) is not as taut as it used to be! You have a good eye ...you are aware of your surroundings and take the palette of your city and apartment into consideration when planning your wardrobe..I find that charming..!
That could be a great interpretation of the look. We could only wish to inspire you so that everyone can personalize it to something relevant to one’s body. 👍
Love monochrome outfits but I thnk the shorts would be a no for most Parisians and maybe too much showing skin. But she is young and perhaps it works alright for her.
Gorgeous monochrome outfits and useful tips as I'm a big fan of monochromatic outfits in neutral colour palette since it adds a sophisticated touch effortlessly. She looks so chic and elegant. Merci beaucoup, PV⚘
Thank you for this video , such beautiful coats. I totally agree camel is such a earthy coat and one of my favourites, especially with a contrasting lining for that perfect ease of sliding it on and off, such a feminine touch.
I modeled in a fashion show at a store at the mall in the 80s and I had a BEAUTIFUL all cream outfit. To this day, it may be the best outfit I have ever ever had on my body in my life, for daytime at least.
I love the monochrome looks and the colors you chose are gorgeous, but I am not a fan of the short-shorts underneath! I think a tight pant or some stockings under the shorts would balance it a bit more (plus keep you warm too!) The coats are gorgeous!
Hmmmm, a bit torn on this one... The tones were beautiful as were the coats, skirts, and accessories. But both the camel knit shorts and black workout booty shorts seriously cheapened the look. Even the black turtleneck at 2:38 detracted from the look. I liked the styling, the shortness of the shorts was well balanced for example, but the fabrication of these items stuck out like a sore thumb! A thicker ribbed material could have been swapped out for the camel shorts, a leather biker short for the spandex biker short, and thicker quality cashmere turtleneck. The original items work fine in photos, but in videos and IRL it just looks a little unpolished
I would have not guessed that she was petite. She did a great job of making her legs look miles long. A lot of good inspiration but I’ll have to pass on the short shorts. Perhaps if I had legs like hers and was 30 years younger.
You've brought up a valid point about practicality, and we completely understand your concern. Sometimes, certain styles can be a bit challenging for everyday wear. We appreciate your feedback and want to ensure our content is both inspiring and adaptable to different lifestyles.
Colours are super chosen..... asking is this legs competition??Just the boxer shorts truly cheapen the look. I'd wear them as a pajama, or doing water sports (SUP, kayak, ect), not walking the streets.
Outfits are cool and she modeled them perfectly. 🤩 But how realistic are they for an average woman? You can only wear all these outfits if you have a model figure. 😕
