I just want to let you know that your channel and qigong have helped me greatly. I have been practicing every day for the last 2 months. It’s helped significantly reduce my caffeine intake, lessened my social anxiety, and helped manage my depression. The best solution for my “mental health issues” that i have found. As a jiu jitsu practitioner, I’ve also seen rapid improvement there since I started practicing qigong, interestingly.

Thank you so much for this longer practice. I feel that short practices are very helpful for beginners , but after doing them for awhile, I prefer a longer ones.

Thank you Nick , doing this and the healing sounds , Got a great report from accupuncture, all meridians in balance except two , accupuncture was surprised and ask what I was doing , doing the healing sounds , wow she said , keep it up . I too was surprised but pleased to get tithe affirmation they do work . Thank Nick 🌈🦋☮️😢 4:46 that out . They do work .

Ahhhh! This practice was perfect after a huge family birthday party yesterday. While it's fun to be with all those people my energy system takes a hit. I had trouble unwinding, detoxing and falling asleep. This helped calm me down and relax. Thanks for an impactful, calming practice in such a beautiful place.

It's been a while since I came back to this video. What a treat ! These "oldies" are so wonderful and continue to inspire. And, having been renewed by this video, I will go to my loom and be the lady at the shuttles. ( shuttles are tools that hold yarn that goes across the loom and helps to form the fabric. ) Thank you , Nick !

Just curious: is there an element and a color for the small intestine?

Ya, each organ/meridian comes in a pair. So the small intestine is paired with the heart under the fire element. One of the organs is always considered Yin, and the other Yang. Typically in Qigong we mostly talk about the yin organ, which in the case of fire is the heart.
