Yes, after joining your Yoga Everyday classes, you taught me how to replace bad habits with good habits. And I have done so. Replaced tea and coffee with methi drink and aloe vera juice, refined oil with sarso oil, junk food with fruits and veggies, beverages with plain water, white sugar elimination, maida and bread with roti, processed and packaged food with natural ghar ka khana. A special thanks today on Teacher's Day!

I wake up 5 o, clock and doing other workouts like dance etc before attenting 6-30 session, you may please start yoga session of 5-30 am it will help us to manage time properly thank you 👏👏
