This video is designed specifically for seniors to improve leg strength and overall fitness. Our Workout includes 5 variations designed to boost your lower body strength. The best part? There's something for everyone! My mom does the workout seated, while I do it standing. So, no matter your fitness level, you can join in and start building those strong, sturdy legs!

Even though I’m over 70, your “over 50” workouts are just fine for me. I really enjoyed this one, especially the last exercise. I used a small Beatles lunchbox I have on display in my exercise room, as it was handy!

I started my day doing this leg mobility and strength for lower body 12-minute leg workout for 50+. I am way over the 50 age group. It is a good one and I must do this one regularly to strengthen my legs! Thanks again.

As usual, this was GREAT. I also learned something new that will help me with my balance. I'm going to do the calf ups and cup over a lot. My balance needs some assistance. Thank you for these two easy exercises I can do to help me with that.

I loved the exercises- the up and overs were especially challenging for me- I didn't know my left leg was weaker than the right-- but now I know and will work with you on other exercises!

This is great. I needed something a bit more challenging for my legs. Everyone says to do lunges but I don’t have enough single leg strength yet. The mini lunges and single leg side squats are perfect!

This was a different workout! I used a big cup next time I have a small cup in the basement. I did this video and the new SilverSneakers video, so hard then one of your walking video to get to 45 minutes for today!
