So far these past month I been doing from 3-5minute walk after meal n snacks n 10 min before bed with cool down n my blood sugar went down to 90 through 97 average I also do 12 hours intermittent fast weekdays n weekend I eat anything within moderation but walk 2 minutes after meals n lost 5 lb per mo working on reversing my diabetes 2. I don't take any meds only eat healthy

I started this April 1 everyday to get ready for vacation with grandkids to the Smokey mountains. I'm proud to say I had no trouble keeping up with them. I even beat them to the top of a steep incline. All thanks to your workouts. Back from vacation and back to working out. This 62 year old grandma even went zip lining! Thanks so much.

This is great. I needed something a bit more challenging for my legs. Everyone says to do lunges but I don’t have enough single leg strength yet. The mini lunges and single leg side squats are perfect!

i weighed in yesterday at 301lb. today is my first day toward prioritizing my health again and i know it must sound silly, but i managed to do this whole workout and feel good after and i could cry! thank you so much for your work making these.

Definitely going to try this. Much easier but similar to my easy Aerobics I used to do. Thank you for these easy exercises. Im 80 and now go to the Gym 3 mornings a week. These exercises I can do at home in between Gym classes.❤❤❤❤
