@@jamesmcdermott7354a bit late but he’s using dopamine bands and there’s different type of at home mats u could use. You can build a sub floor under you’re mats(dollamur mats or anything like that) if you’re planning on doing hard throws try to build a subfloor under you’re mat.

I wish I had that dudes body, my build makes me look like pac man cuz of belly and small twig limbs now matter how much exercises I do or dieting they don't get bigger or smaller. I would recommend you to start with a foundation ... maybe kickboxing , boxing , muay Thai, sambo, jiu Jitsu , especially wrestling ... Although MMA is good you won’t have like a real foundation ...but if you do one of these first and then do mma you’ll have different arsenal in your pocket . (FYI I’m a D1 wrestler and someone gave me this advice long time ago and I have fought many “mma fighter” in the streets and won ... and I’ve seen from experience they only know so little of everything there is no foundation . )
