Hey, 6.2 mmol should be around 153mg/dl which makes it NOT slightly high but really high especially for a fasting glucose level. Fasting glucose for a non diabetic is expected tobe between 70 - 99 mg/dl. And 2 hrs after eating your max should be under 140mg/dl.When your fasting results are higher than 126mg/dl you are considered DIABETIC ( after 2 consecutive high results) Will advice you go in for a proper check-up. My opinion. Thanx for this inspiring video, love the carrot cake and will definitely give it a try❤
