My journey looks extremely similar to yours. Except I began abt a year before u. Started with vsg, transitioned to mounjaro around the same timeline as you as well, after a stall. Lost an additional 85 lbs on mounjaro and hit goal and maintained. I had a tummy tuck five months ago to remove my large amount of excess skin… I’ve never been happier in my life. You’re simply amazing the way you have documented your journey
I barely got to the "G" in goal. Will be 3 years out come June and I've only lost 75lbs from VSG, have not gained though. I think my next step is this. Thanks for the always transparent information

Would which would you say works better for weight loss VSG or mounjaro? I have my first appt for the vsg info next month. But now I’m thinking if mounjaro is the better path?
In my opinion they both require consistency and control. They are side effects and downsides to both but they are positive to both as well, I am thankful for my weight loss surgery because it got me to 115 lb down, the Manjaro however has pushed me over to 155 lb down. I'm thankful either way but I would say that it is based and solely on your personal needs and your health situation.
No need to curse God. I know you may not know that’s what did, but you should ask the Lord for forgiveness for saying his name along with a curse word and delete it.
