I went to a grocery store near me and snapped a photo of what is in their smoothies off the menu board. I do not know the quantities, but cannot afford $6.00 per person for a smoothie in my family of five. I just added what I thought was 1portion of each item listed. I bought the ingredients and made my own smoothies. THEY were fantastic! I plan on making some of yours too!

You have inspired me to try and branch out in trying different recipes. I usually throw in 2 fruits and 3 veggies along with water and ice cubes. I love using Kale it is one of my main ingredients. I am going to try out the stuff you showed here because it looks awesome!

I made the Kale, Mango, Pineapple smoothie! soooooo YUUMMMYYY instead of silk coconut I used the silk almond. I am pregnant, now I can easily get all the nutrients needed. I plan on making more of these smoothies. Great job!

I make 3 smoothies each day and have a few different go-to “recipes” I use, but I like to see new ones too. I use tons of different stuff, I could make a 30 min vid on my smoothies, I love them 😂 I’ll give these a try, thanks :)
