I had arthritis in both hands and developed neuropathy in both hands....burning, pins and needles and tingling. Started taking half a teaspoon of Moringa powder with 2 ounces of warm water every morning. No more arthritis and neuropathy is gone. a MIRACLE
@@lynebenoit5124 LOL, 6 days, it took a lot longer to get the pain/arthritis, hopefully you gave it time. Unfortunately, living this cray world of immediate satisfaction people have a hard time with the natural way of doing helpful healthy natural ways which have not the crazy side effects of chemicals aka drugs with all kinds of bad side effects. Hope its worked for you. BTW, my understanding, for some natural health Dr's say it works for osteoarthritis but not rheumatoid arthritis.
Thank you once again Dr Omole on RU-vid for this information. Since following you (for some years now), my kidney stage results has decrease from stage 3 to stage 1. You saved me from dialysis. Thank you and please keep the videos coming!! God Bless 🙏🏽
I live in Texas and have grown moringa in my garden for six years. In Texas, it will not survive our winters but usually comes back from the roots each year. I start several trees from seeds every year to make sure I always have trees.
@gladysmashonganyika1691 just try drinking it as a tea in the morning. Afternoon drink 16 Oz smoothie or juice. U might want to add a little honey to reduce the bitter taste ❤❤😊😊. Do this daily for 3 months. Then check your health
I just Relocated from America to Africa. This tree is wasting here. Plenty all over. I've started drinking Moringa tea, smoothie, juice and powder. I'm going to make a farm of Moringa tree and begin sell it to the westerners. 😊❤
Dr. Dyken thank you so much, u covered this subject very well, yes it is a super food, I am an Indian n we indians eat the leaves sauted with dry chillies , onion n salt, drumstick cooked with dhal. It is a poor man's super food. Thank you again.
Another video I watched said something about moringa growing well in dry, hard soil with very little water. So that is supposed to be one of the reasons as to why it's being promoted to be grown in Africa for indigenous people over their. (I would guess it would grow well in the Australian Outback as well.)
Yep she "claims" a lot of things !! Myself I started using MORINGA powder a week ago. Too early to judge. But. After joining a gym drinking protein shakes ,and now with moringa powder. I feel really good. But already lost 15 pounds.. So let's hope it does have all these good benefits I need all the help I can get 🏋️🚴🤽🏄🏃
@@davidboyd374 It is true that Moringa is the king of herbs! I have been using it for years! You can't go wrong with Moringa. If you can plant and cultivate your own, that is even better!
Thank u ,i live in the carribbean we are blessed with having these plants growing in our backyard .may the true god richly bless u for the research on this plant .
Tks for this. I have been taking Moringa for a few days now for nerve pain but am impressed already although still waiting for pain to get better. Physio says i must wait still LOL.

Nutritious vegetable...we always cook for our veg.soup in philippines..you can mix in any veggies soup or chicken soup or fish soup..easy to grow no need to spray any chemicals to grow...just add healthy soil
Thanks so much doctor for this wonderful health information. I won't waste time again to start consuming MORINGA tea because I am suffering from some of the illnesses that you mentioned in this video. Once again am grateful for your health tip.
Moringa is one of our vegies in the Philippines. Our olds says that it is good for nursing mothers eating moringa inoder to produce more milk for their babies

I’m in West Central Arizona, Lake Havasu CITY, AZ. Just planted a 12” Moringa Tree got on line. We thought it died in the mail? Nope! Put in a 24” diameter pot on back patio, full sun. After 5 days and all the original leaves falling off it’s starting to grow and get leaves again! I’ll have to move it around if it gets too hot or the one or two days a year it gets down into the 30’s. I grow Citrus trees also and never had a cold problem for 23 years!
I just started on Moringa and so far so good. It use to take weeks to hear any kind of wounds on my legs and in a little over a week on Moringa my legs are clear. My wife laughs about this because she is from the Philippines and here family has two of these trees and pay little attention to them.
This is my first video I have seen on your channel. I was very impressed how well you presented moringa, with enthusiasm, great information and with information I can understand. I have just subscribed to your channel and will continue watching more of your videos.
In the Philippines, as along as I can remember, we regularly use moringa in many of our food/soup recipes. Its just of one those things we took for granted as normal to us. But now its being highly marketed as a health drink by offering them in grounded leaves, to be steeped like tea .
traditions is more accurate than studies since also the researchers rarely are experts and not exacly easy to know the perfect usage of a plant and how to collect the plant and from where wildcrafted ? from where organic? and most of the type they are used in formulas with other helpers to boost thier effectiveness and reduce their side effects
Thank you for presenting these scientific facts so beautifully. And guess what? 2 Moringa trees grow right here in my backyard. Greetings from subtropical Brisbane Australia
Interesting, I've been taking Morninga for years. Powder in my morning tea. I recently looked up what the plant looked like. I used to be married to a Philippin'o person in my twenties. I made his mother's recipe of what he called chicken Kalamunggay. I now realize it's Morninga. Who knew it was so great? I guess I did😏 I lived in Hawaii we used to pick it from the tree. Fantastic. I'm back in Hawaii I'll search out the real thing.
Thank you Dr Dyler! What a thorough research you have about Moringa. It cannot be overemphasize. I incorporate everyday powdered moringa in boiling my rice from trees in my own backyard.
I have a question pertaining to using Moringa as a tea. I am used to hot coffee but had to stop coffee because of blood pressure etc. I currently use hot water for Moringa tea with a teaspoon of honey. Am I destroying the affects of Moringa or the Honey by using hot water instead of warm water?
EXCELLENT INFORMATIVE SITE (No Nonsense). My sister -in-law brushed with Baking Soda since she started brushing and had excellent white teeth UNTIL SHE DIED at the age of 90.
Thank you so much for this excellent summary of great detail on moringa. Can I just ask whether its anti-h.pylori effect can be used as prevention from getting this infection e.g. on eating outdoors?
For those a new mom willing to do a breastfeeding to a new born baby. Moringa is so helpful just put the leaves in your soup and your breast will full of milk
I've just started having Moringa. i have realised too that Moringa is a goitrogen like other cruciferous vegetables. My thyroid is healthy. It looks like there has not been many reports of thyroid imbalance in the history of this plant.
I was a diabetic 2 wend I started taking this stuff it changes every thing iam now diabetes free so I can say yes it work for me and also I had high blood pressure but not no more I am free of everything I also took seamoss 😊😊😊
Had moringa powder 2 tbsp. with a glass of water. It has a grassy aroma and taste. Maybe I started too much since I had LBM. Next time , I’ll have it half a tsp.
As moringa makes me itch, I will have to stick with broccoli sprouts, which I find very effective for GERD. Apparently Nrf2 doesn't just activate ARE, it also suppresses mTOR - though not so famous for it so I suppose the effect is relatively minor. Sulforaphane is a thiol oxidizer, whereas NAC is a thiol reducer and in vitro at least it abrogates some anti-cancer effects of sulforaphane. Don't know about moringin. I tried going off NAC for a while since I think sulforaphane/broccoli sprouts is better for long-term health overall than NAC, but my sleep worsened (have insomnia); I resumed NAC in AM and try to do the sprouts at night so peaks at least don't overlap. As said in video, there need to be more human studies in healthy and people w/ various illnesses, different age groups, etc. Should also mention that sulforaphane reduces expression of TMPRSS2 via Nrf2 activation - so I expect moringin would do the same.
@@tymanalexander8875 It might help, depending on the type of cancer, as an adjunct to standard treatment. Broccoli sprout smoothies can be a bit nauseating, tho. There are a number of video interviews on YT w/ Valter Longo - he has done a lot of research on diet & cancer. Always check with your doctor first - there may be interactions w/ drugs to consider. There's also a relationship between cancer and autonomic function so videos on HRV (I have a playlist) & resonance breathing might be worth looking at. Hope you get better soon.
You seem to have a vast knowledge of all the reactions created in the body by these super nutritious plants so why can't you figure out some concoction to help you sleep???🤔
I ordered good quality moringa powder and make my own capsules at a fraction of the cost now I can afford to take moring when I want.i also take it with my turmeric mix capsules and the two just love to work together..I use moringa oil on my face and body my skin is looking more and more radiant..and all naturally
1:09 here in Hawaii it's everywhere it grows 1:11 like a weed {It has not been classified as a "weed" by research scientist in the publication, The Miracle Tree Moringa oleifera } Second Edition
Love your edu videos, so great you don't shrink from the science and at same time let non-sciencers skip ahead…am I right in concluding from this video that, since you can backload myrosinase into cooked Moringa to activate the isothiocyanates by eating the moringa w daikon/mustard, that the same holds for eating broc sprouts w daikon/mustard? Would that skyrocket the sprouts' bioavail of its sulforaphane? Thank you
Fantastic video, thank you! I have one question and a suggestion for a future video. Two-part question: 1a) If we cook our moringa, could we do the hack and hold method like with cruciferous veggies and if so, would it be the same time amount, around 40 minutes after breaking cell walls? 1b) If we simply add some external myrosinase in the forms of radish, etc., how much do we need to add? I wonder about that as well with cruciferous if we cook before hack and hold. I think some guideline is needed such as: if eating 1 cup of moringa or broccoli, add 1 TBSP of external myrosinase... Suggestion for future video: You mention some data show moringa can lower LDL. There are so many plants touted for LDL lowering and I believe it would be incredibly helpful to have a review of the various LDL lowering supplements and have a guide showing which of these plants show the most benefit in lowering LDL. For example, is it: alma, moringa, red yeast extract, berberine, bergamot, maritime french pine bark, etc.??? Some of us WFPB eaters can not get our LDL into optimal range and some of us can not tolerate statin side effects. So when we hear doctors state some plant supplements can help in this way, we don't know which ones to try first. Since many of our insurance plans don't want to keep paying for lipid blood tests constantly if we should test out these different supplements one at a time, it would be extremely valuable to have a review of these supplements and the data and put them into some type of hierarchy of LDL point lowering benefit. Perhaps you can help with this request Dr. Van Dyken.
Despite Moringa having numerous nutrition values but having since it hot and dry in nature, consuming it might create nausea, vomiting and loose motion. As such its very important to drink plenty of water to avoid any side effects.
