Which subjects are relatively easier and which are relatively tougher as far as you're concerned? 2. After passing level 3 exam do you instantly get the charterholder or first you need to show them that you have job experience of 4000 hrs what's the deal exactly?
1. I think what's easier and what's harder depends more on your level of knowledge and experience. For instance, some people find derivatives harder while for others is easier. Personally, I felt fixed income and derivatives were harder, but still manageable, 2. You need to apply for the charter. You need to show that you have the experience and complete the application form. You will be asked to put a few references too.

There isn't one that is best. You have to find the right one for you. I like IFT and Fintree. Mark Meldrum is good but his mocks are really tough. I didn't like Kaplan for Level 3. Hope this helps.
