Rendering is definitely a thing Adobe can still improve on - if I had one suggestion for them it would be to introduce background rendering. It could detect when you're not really using the CPU/GPU that much and start rendering your latest sequence invisibly, without you having to manually start it.
*Great* *stuff!!!* Awhile back, I retired. Then I got bored spitless with nosey neighbor ladies and I'm building my client list again. The thing is, I fell way behind the curve with Adobe. How behind you may ask...or maybe not. btw you have this hissing background noise if you want to remove that you can do it perfectly with audacity where you just collect the noise and make it dissapear on your whole audio track I see it happens for you when you don't speak but when you speak its not there but don't worry it this effect doesnt ruin your audio

so after you do the smart render before exporting, do you have to use the Apple ProRes for the final export file? or can you do the smart render/pre-render with apple pro-res then export to another format? and will it work the same? great video. thanks again!
Another question, a simple MacBook Pro how is the performance for using adobe premiere, illustrator and aftereffects? Will it operate smoothly with two of them open at once along with internet browser? Thanks
It will depend on how much RAM you have, and if the programs are sitting idle or if they're rendering/encoding. If you are rendering in Premiere or After Effects you will not want to have any other programs open because the computer will be very slow. In general, when you're editing video, it's very tough to be working in other programs at the same time unless you have a very high end machine with lots and lots of ram (32GB+)

Does anyone know how to access the introduction video that plays after you first install Premiere? I know it's on the computer, but not it's location. I'd love to use it for practice purposes.
I appreciate your videos, but please do what so few other channels do, put the "subscribe" intro at the end. Most of your viewers are likely already subscribers and it's annoying to rarely watch a tutorial anywhere that just gets into it immediately.
