I absolutely love this. Making sure my kitchen is clean before bed does wonders for my mental health. It eliminates the dread of having to do chores first thing in the morning and makes it much easier to get up. I'll stack this with something fun like watching RU-vid or listing to an audiobook. I would love to get better about being off my phone. Such a great list!
