My husband used a different name on social media and once we became boyfriend and girlfriend, we deleted our accounts. He is Pakistani Muslim, I am Mexican Muslim. He only liked Muslim topics and obviously he wouldn't post a pic of me or his family.
So while protecting yourself against immigration invading your privacy, would it be considered a red flag if your spouse is secretive with his phone, does not even mention you on his social media accounts or identity as married, and doesn't even accept his new wife as a friend once she realizes he has these accounts.

If you think you have a bad social Media example FB, snapchat twitter etc would it be better to delete the account. There could be a misinterpretation by uscis on what we say and what we mean? Any advice? Dan

I am not posting anything on social media bc i am not really using it. What is interesting is i can see that i have an acct on FB, but i do not use it. Will that affect any future immigration application?

Please kindly advise on this situation: A white American harassing, violently threatening, and racially profiling a Black International Student in a shared apartment, and when the Black International Student reports to the apartment's authorities / management, the apartment's authorities / management ignores the Black International Student. On reporting to the Police, the Police Officers cautions the White American, and advice the Black International Student to immediately vacate the apartment because of the safety of the Black International Student's life. Then the apartment's authorities / management starts tormenting the Black International Student with ridiculous bills simply because the Black International Student heed to the advice of the Police and ran for the safety of his life. Please, what should the Black International Student do after reporting the case to the area's Housing organization that hears cases of harassments, threats, and racial profiling? Please note: The area's Housing organization is in support of the Black International Student, but the apartment's authorities / management reported the Black International Student for failing to pay the outrageous bills, and the apartment's authorities / management deny the harassments, threat to life, and racial profiling, saying they were jokes.
If you post something for the world to read and comment on, then how is it a 4th Amendment violation? Also it's not a 1st Amendment violation because they're not prohibiting you from posting comments / materials / likes.
@@vicchavez6570 again, a permanent resident doesn't have a right to become a citizen, they just get the right to be considered. If the government jailed them for their speech, it would be a first amendment issue. The 4th one is a little more unclear - I've heard that PIs for example don't come under the 4th, but they could be trespassing, so it depends on the situation and degree of investigation. I guess the relevant department could use a similar defence
Hi Jim, My brother lives in Rochester, New York and got his interview notice to be interviewed in New Jersey. His attorney saw it as a mistake and asked the USCIS to reschedule for New York. The USCIS has now done a second interview notice again to New Jersey. Could they have made a mistake twice or does he attend the interview at the location stated in the Notice?

I’m dating a girl that’s married to another person but she wants to be with me if she leaves the guy it will mess up her green card status 😩 what can be done in this situation? How can we be together now without any issues? She’s starting to distant herself from me to get her green card and I’m hurting 😓 please help I really love her and wish she had meet me before this guy I’m so lost and frustrated please. @@hbrg9173 actually that is in fact illegal. They cannot simple ask instagram for access to your personal account. “Immigration” doesn’t constitute for probable cause either. They need concrete proof, not only that but good luck getting instagram or Facebook to even comply or let alone, respond 🤣
We had someone get caught. They applied based on being married to Mr. A. But Facebook pictures made it clear that they were in a relationship with Mr. B. Mr. B was actually married to a different woman and was having an affair with the beneficiary. A and B were also brothers. Jim

@@bfourney how fb will know the posting if the timeline is on private? we know fb has strict privacy settings so no one can just view your fb acct even if its on private settings!
@@HackingImmigrationLawLLCHello, can they track or tie say an anonymous RU-vid (or any other social media) account to a specific applicant?… As you probably know, lots of people have these types of accounts anonymously.
What if the fiancee has multiple facebook accounts? A lot of filipinas do. Do you think that in itself will be bad for them? I had my fiancee delete and stop using her old ones a little after we met.
If before the filing of that u deactivated ur Facebook months ago because u weren’t interested been there and switched to Instagram instead is that a problem?
