Kinda looks like Yorkshire Pudding . Thank You for sharing . I have a question , why do my muffins look so good in the oven but then as they cool they look like someone stuck their thumb into the center of them. Have a lovely day .
Thank you for clarifying that all purpose means plain flour, I always get confused for a second when a recipe says all purpose 😆 does your book have American and British measurements and different ovens temperatures? I might have to buy it, it looks like there are great recipes in there 😀

I made this recipe today. I wanted to say thank you because this is the Dutch baby flavor I remember my mother would make for us. So good. I’ve tried so many online recipes and have never been able to find the one closest to my mothers. This is it. I used butter, banana, and powdered sugar to top it. Perfect.

Congratulations on your beautiful book! This recipe looks amazing too! I was interested to see that when you made the strawberry compote; that you weren't using the measuring equipment/ spoons etc you stated in the recipe! I don't trust myself not to measure! I'm impressed that you just know exactly how much of the ingredients to use.....a real professional😊👏👏

I was refering to when you were able to just squeeze in the correct amount of lemon juice ' free- hand'.. straight into the pot of strawberries & one other ingredient too( I can't remember if it was the sugar🤷♀️..sorry!). It is so great to receive a reply from you....a couple of other baking channels don't do this! Thank you for this & all your amazingly helpful & practical tips. They have helped me so much😊

Looks yummy! I’m not great at planning things in stages and have a VERY a small kitchen. I’ve never tried a Dutch baby either. Could you bake it, let it sit for an hour and add toppings later? Or should it always be eaten right away?
Hi Gemma. Would the batter be ok if made a day in advance? If so does it need to be brought to room temp before pouring it in the hot cast iron pan? (I know it’s easy but I want less dishes to wash at camp)
Technically, it’s possible. If you look at the ingredients, it’s not going to need a lot of dishes to prepare, so you might want to try putting it together before baking.
Not really 5 ingredients if you count the powdered sugar, the strawberries and sugar. Also where are the nutritional facts for the recipes? when you were showing the pictures I didn't see any posted in the book.
Hi. I don’t include the nutritional facts of most of my recipes as it has caused conflicting feedback before. But bakers can get the information using the measurements that are in cups/ oz/ grams for conversion.
