My wife and I recently started Keto, and have been struggling to find simple (quick) recipes that are tasty. I just discovered this channel and wow I am impressed I've seen a bunch of your videos within the past few hours and I'm very happy I found this channel because in a type 1 diabetic so it's important for me to watch my carb intake to keep my blood sugar levels controlled ! Great recipe! I make the same thing but use crumbled Italian sausage instead of chicken and with Italian herbs. Good tip on substituting celery leaves for parsley.

You can add 1 to 2 tbsp on sour cream to make the alfredo sauce a bit thicker and some parmesan cheese.
