This was a fabulous meal. I used coconut kefir to add at the end. Oh my. I will definitely be coming back here to make this again on the regular. It's very low carb and for that I am grateful.

Just tried this today, OH MY GOD. I have avoided eating out at Indian places even though it's my favourite food, and today marked 2 weeks of keto. So I treated myself to this. Easily tops my local curry restaurant. I never usually order butter chicken - more of a Korma or Goat kadai/ Karahi Gosht guy. But this was just incredible. Thank you so much for posting this.

OUTSTANDING !!! I've just eaten my first bowl with cauliflower rice and I'm addicted. I used coconut cream (from the top of the tin) because I didn't have cream and I didn't add the fenugreek because I didn't have it. But everything else the same. Absolutely beautiful flavour, just what we need on keto. Thank you my man, you are a true cook. Looking forward to making more of your recipes.

Hi, I have to tell you. i made the butter chicken tonight for dinner and it came out really good. I used butter to saute the chicken and didn't add any more butter after this. It was super tasty. Enough jibber jabber. I love the recipes!!

Always more Indian recipes! Indian is part of my holy food trinity. Indian, Korean and Mexican. I essentially did that recipe, only I was lazy and used ginger garlic paste, fenugreek powder instead of leaves (couldn't find the leaves at my local grocer), and tomato puree in a can. My addition to the recipe was headbanging furiously to Akercocke's second album while preparing the food, because everyone could use a little metal in their food preparation.

Im a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to making curries, since starting on the keto diet, i thought id try this recipe, and i have to say it perhaps one of the best curries ive made.

I made this Butter Chicken yesterday and it was SO good! Try it if you haven’t! Instead of making Keto flatbread, we used uncut romaine lettuce leaves. The cool, crisp leaves were the perfect foil to the delectable chunks of saucy chicken and held up much better than more flimsy varieties of lettuce would have.

I made this for dinner last night and it was like I was at an authentic Indian Restaurant! I also made your Keto Naans and that was a hit. I found some low carb Cilantro Chutney at the grocery store and spread some on the Naan and added the Butter Chicken and wrapped it. Hi from New Zealand. Just made it exactly like you showed - and gobbled it up like it was the last supper. It is by far the best butter chicken I've ever had!!! I never liked how the Indian restaurants in NZ put pounds of sugar in everything because apparently, we like everything sweet. So I usuall don't eat butter chicken. Well, until now.
