I heard somewhere that RDR2 was just an 'experiment' before releasing GTA 6(in terms of details) and then there's also the fact that GTA 6 has almost 5 times the budget of RDR2... So if that's true then GTA 6 is gonna be an absolute beast of a game... Let's see how this ages...
GTA VI will probably not, not because they can't, but because Red Dead Redemption is more realistic to mimic the feel of living on the frontier, GTA has always been more focused on running over pedestrians than the actual details, with the exception of IV, jokes aside RDR has a smaller world and less NPCs so it's easier to put smaller details to make it feel a lot more lived in. GTA has always been detailed but theyre much bigger worlds with a lot more going on so it's not the focus.
One thing i noticed during that bullgator playthrough is that Arthur and the others will lift the lamp up the more they go in the water, Just a small detail
I fricken love the detail and immersion of this game. No other has ever given me this much joy and laughs. Question: I'm at the tail end of chapter 2 about 1 year ago, and don't remember much of what I have done, or the story. But I did a lot of exploring and side stuff. Since I'm now lost and confused, I was thinking of starting the story over, kinda push thru the story fairly quick, unless something catches my attention. Then start again, and take my sweet time to experience all of it at my pace, but at least know how the story goes and progress when I'm ready. Real life comes with unpredictable changes, and the reason I stopped playing it a year or more ago. Do you think I be ok doing it this way? And I'm aware that even two play thru's is gonna mean I missed some things.
@@festersmith8352don’t worry, I did the exact same thing as you. I just started over because I wanted to immerse myself in the story and fully understand it. I’d restart if I were you
@@couchman-sw6jy Thank you for that! I did start over (kept my old save just in case). I wasn't aware the first time, how distracted one could get from the story with all side and random encounters in the game. So I'm paying more attention to the details of the story this time. Just in ca... SQUIRREL
@@couchman-sw6jy Its hard not to. The world is so alive. These videos show so many things and possibilities. Its like real life, and you want to experience all of it. But its in the wild west which is just cool for some reason. And if you see one of these videos that show you missed something, you kinda feel defeated.
Rockstar technically didn’t have to do anything as detailed as making the nails go down when hammered. But I’m glad they took their time developing the game and that players can all appreciate this level of detail
I came across the sleeping Shepard a year into playing and was shocked. He was near the road in the middle of a forest. Bounty hunters started a ruckus catching sight of me and then he woke up and started fighting me…
This is what a real AAA game should look like. Since many years noe you see AAA having an insane budget just to be released broken, generic and without a soul
I understand ppl getting tired of waiting for gta 6 but man the amount they put into a game is unmatched! Never regretted buying GTA or RD. Except for the gta trilogy remaster.... that one hurt my soul a bit.
There's another guy who sleeps with a sheep... in a different way though. There's a ranch in between Valentine and Emerald ranch (not the one with the goats) where in one of the sheep corrals you'll find a dead body next to a dead sheep. I'll let you guys find it yourselves or look it up, so I don't spoil it for you.
Masterpiece, no doubt!! They can’t even come close to this with the new open world games. They’ve been trying for years but no. We don’t really need anything else. If they could only make an upgrade to the map, making it even bigger, damn..
No wonder it took them 8 years after the first game I can’t wait for the remaster of red dead 1, I hate how the graphics look in red dead 1. Also it’d be realistic since by now all the actors r older and in the first game they were younger.
