One day it’ll be a house. I want to start on the front door soon. But also enjoy life and not stress about money. Slow and steady. Buy what I need now (tools) to do everything I need to build. 6 year project.

T12's are not good in winter (like below freezing)...they will flicker glow and run at about 30-50% output until they or the space gets heated. T8's & T5's are better, led is best (for cold use). Lol Dan must have been teased by Electricians a lot. He must have given them reason.
