The cops weren't called immediately, and by the time they reached, the crime scene was already contaminated. That being said, the cops did a really horrible job of securing whatever evidence they could. Overall, the whole case was messed up from the start. Too many people contaminated the scene before the cops could reach and the poor, poor work done by the police after they finally reached, ruined the whole thing.

Sushant Singh's autopsy says no sign of struggle...and no suspicious chemical found in body. It's very much possible that he committed suicide. Unlike Arushi's case, SSR's brother-in-law is an ADGP and knows Prambir Singh well. Just because someone was intelligent and did not leave a note...doesn't mean he wouldn't commit suicide. Again, this case should be probed by CBI...and we'll know the truth.

Then he got Nupur into confidence...and having lost her only daughter, she obviously did NOT want to lose her husband. No other course of events fits the description of witnesses and IOs so well. Unfortunately, there is a whole lot of difference between the way of working in Police departments of different states in India. Having seen many documented crime resolving cases in Kerala, there is more hope for cases like that of Arushi's to get justice. I had the exact same thought as Neethu. But I know it is practically impossible for Kerala Police to take up Arushi Talwar murder case.

Abe chu... how can CBI solve crime when the whole murder seen was allowed to be tampered by the UP police and evidence was removed by the family including washing the crime scene? It can only be solved if Talwars are fully honest which they never are so we will never know for sure what happened in that closed apartment. But, all the circumstantial evidence does point out that they were involved but it can't be used in court of law.

Sure, we and/or the counsels may not be able to prove it for lack of admissible evidence..but the people will know...and so would the culprit. That's how karma works, not through courts. Court's verdict is just a bonus, and many a times it comes at great cost.

Arushi's case is still very confusing. In JonBenet's case majority of the people believe that it was someone from her family. There are some very great documentaries about this, There is a docuseries in which a bunch of ex-FBI profilers, doctors, etc concluded that her brother killed her and her parents faked the whole kidnapping and ransom note thing. It is one of the most very well researched documentaries I've ever seen.

Usually, Hemraj opened the door, but that morning when the servant of house who came everyday early in the morning to clean the house, she rang the bell several times but the door was not opened. The servant walked to the window of the parents' room, she shouted and the mother heard her and threw the keys down. 1. Now, how many floors were in this building? 2. Which floor was this house? 3. How many other residents were there in the building? The terrace was always locked from inside, so the only access inside the building was through the main door. It's quite likely possible that the killer was hiding probably near the stairs waiting for the door to opened. Which was possible only from outside during this time. Ofcourse it could have opened from inside also, but killer wanted this doubt be raised . This doubt obviously targeted the parents for this one doubt. When the servant opened the door, she would have cared less of the surroundings because the murder was not discovered yet. The killer walked out carefree once the main door opened and the servant went upstairs. Now, If the parents were murderers, Both the parents are doctors, they would obviously know how to cut flesh. The way the daughters throat was slit, it appeared as if the slit was a very painful in nature, it's quite possible that some hard or rough hands did that job. On the other hand, Doctors have smooth hands, if they had to slit the throat, it would have appeared "very neat". Now, there is no mention if there was any kind of resistance from the girl while being murder. The murder weapon was not discovered at the scene either. It definitely was not a surgical knife but a rugged shaped weapon.The talwars would not have had so much time to leave the building and hide it elsewhere. The talwars never came out that night. The parents would not have taken a slightest of chance to have suspicion raised against them in the first place. Therefore, there is a possibility that someone who knows the building in and out very well has taken the liberty to wash away his identity. A Neighbor wheather a Owner or a servant living in that same buidling is the killer.

@@sneh5748 the officer whom u r talikng about is kk Gautam ( ex police officer ) ...his presnece on the crime scene was questionable at that time. He was called by Dinesh takwar ( brother of rajesh takwar ) so that he could go and get the terrace door opened and discover hemraj body .

@piyush garg It appears highly likely that Rajesh did it....the whole extra-marital affair and objectionable position story fits so well that you have to be para-skeptical to not believe it. Since the site was botched up by the Talwars & Co....clinching evidence may not be found...but smart people would know what to believe.

@piyush garg first CBI officer tried his best to frame innocent servants, but he failed. Police was definately responsible for destruction of evidence, which worked in favour of parents. But analysis by Sardarji IG officer was correct through initial course of investigation

Yeah and also what about the people killed by masses, even in this age. The Muslim person beaten to death just because of that cow agenda. People can kill and not even convicted? A person's life is taken and it doesn't mean anything. Only high profile cases are discussed. Justice must be served for these cases too but must also be accessible to all.
