Yes yes yes! More of these please! For my particular learning, its easier to hear the context, work out the scale it derives from, then the chord. It seems to make the analysis more profound. Sounds backwards, but its easier to see where you have been than not know where your going, dig?

Pretty new to guitar. When my instructor plays in a certain "key" its in minor. As i am finding out that jazz musicians mostly play the key in major. Example the key of "E" for jazz is major. But in minor(blues) its actually C# minor. Little bit confused

A C major pentatonic scale is the same as an A minor pentatonic scale. It’s all in how it relates to the chord it is being played over.
