I've started this workout today: 8th June 2020 Will be sticking to it for a month. WILL KEEP UPDATING. NEED YOU GUYS TO MOTIVATE ME AT THE SAME TIME. My info : 64kg, 21yrs old. Day1 : Very, very, very hard. I was going out of breath every 2 minutes and I obviously had to take rest between each exercise. My efforts will be to eliminate the rest time. Day2: Almost hard like yesterday but I feel like I will eventually get used to this and perform all type of exercise easily. Again did go out of breath in start itself. Tried resting a little less today but still I rest a lot lol. Day3: honestly, I'm in love with this workout already. I'm doing the moves better now. I'm not rushing which I use to do due to pain. I think doing slow is better than going fast and doing wrong. I'm slowly controlling my breath also. After V-ups is when I start to struggle but I pull it off till the end everytime. Obviously no changes at all because it's been just 3 days. Will keep you posted. Day4: Just finished my workout. Again I'm getting kind of used to it but I need more energy to execute this perfectly. I eat some carb food before this workout so I can have some energy. Please also know I'm maintaining a very strict diet. My focus is 70% on diet and 30 on workout. Will provide myself some protein now. Day5: It's still very hard for me. In starting high knee caps, after 20 seconds I start feeling pain in my thighs even though the result of it is coming in on my abs. Knee to elbow plank given time is 45. I easily now do till 30 then struggle. I realized it's better to do every move slowly and perfectly instead of quickly and not correctly. Had some carbs before this one workout. Day6: I'm starting to see changes now. I feel my abs strengthening behind the layer of belly fat I have. I can feel that hardness on my upper abs.. and guys please make sure your workout will burn your fat only HALF way, your abs will keep strengthening on inside with this workout and push your fat just a little. Your diet does rest of the work. I'm happy I'm used to fast breathing now. Day7: guys everyday sunday is my rest day, I will just stick to my diet for today. No cardio also. Day8: I did high knee taps with ease and perfectly and I'm so happy for that. My rest time between each has decreased. Let me talk about changes.. I have subcutaneous fat(google it) and when I press in that I feel my abs clearly.. it's very hard formed now and the fat above my upper abs have disappeared almost.. now of course I dont see any definition of abs but I'm sure this workout ALONG WITH MY DIET is helping me gain my goal. Day 9: I reach extinction or get tired at doing knee to elbow plank but I can surely say I'm getting used to the pain and tiredness. I stop for 2 second in between but then again continue. I also feel very good and fresh after this workout. I'm definitely seeing changes (more on upper abs). I hope I see the same in the lower and mid part where i have slight fat. Please update me in the comments if you have also started this and what is your progress. Day 10: Today it was again very hard for me to workout, the pain in the core just keeps increasing but I am glad I didn't give up or cheat. I feel the part between my lower region of my ribs is getting hard everyday. Changes are evident by now. The subcutaneous fat that I have the bottom belly is very very stubborn. Even though I'm maintaining a calorie deficit diet.. it's going to take a lot more time to show changes in the bottom belly. Day 11: it has started showing effects and I'm able to feel upper 2 abs but obviously I cant see them . Day 12: reading some comments below I decided I will give my abs muscle group some rest today and tomorrow also which is anyway my test day -sunday. Day 13: rest day Day 14: Worked out after 2 rest days, felt a little tough but not much changes in abs. Still a layer of thick fat on my abs. I believe after 10 days is when I started doing the workout perfectly so let's see Day 15: just finished my workout and feel a little better.. planning to continue this workout even after a month is done. Day 16: I have decided to give my ab muscle group some rest after every 2 days.. so today and tomorrow ill be working on my chest. Day 17: chest day today. Will work on my abs tomorrow Day 18: I can see a little of my abs popping out on the upper part (close to my ribs) Day 19: Working this out will always be hard for me but i can confidently say this workout including my diet has brought out very noticeable results!! Day 20: Rest day Day 21: Rest day I workout my abs every 2 days now. The other 2 days im targeting on my other workout which is also helping me decrease my overall body fat. Day 22 : I have lost weight on upper part of my belly and clearly feel my abs there.. there is still plenty of fat to lose on the lower part. This workout including my diet and other workouts like HIIT workout every 2 days is helping me lose fat not just in belly but overall body. I highly suggest you all to focus on working your different body parts too, like your chest.. shoulders back.. legs arms etc. Day 23: it was great today.. im definitely seeing changes in my overall body. Going to stick with this workout for a few more days. Later I'll change my workout. Day 24: Rest Day 25: Rest Day 26: This workout has given me a lot of result on my upper abs but not on lower abs so im combining other lower abs workouts more. Day 27: I'll soon be getting done with this workout and start doing more different forms. Till now the results have been great.. I'll give my final update after 2 days. :) Day 28: rest day Day 29: rest day Day 30: Sorry for the really late reply guys. I've completed my 30days but i wasn't able to update.. so here's the thing.. THIS PARTICULAR workout routine DEFINITELY helps.. but with a proper diet and only when you do other workouts too! I started this workout doing only this but no results but from the day i started involving other workouts i instantly felt difference and it was amazing to feel my abs .. i dont have definition for my abs but yes definitely ive lost belly fat.. soon when the lockdown is lifted im going to hit the gym and workout even more.. MY ADVICE.. DO NOT be dependent just on this 5 minute workout. Its a very small piece of the huge puzzle. Will keep UPDATING. Please like this comment. Tu

Ok, don’t judge me but, I am a twelve year old girl and I absolutely love working out and watching Chris Heria’s videos, I truly have a passion for working out, I have always tried to stick with my workout routine but I don’t have the best confidence, but because of Chris Heria, I am actually on my way to a six pack! If there are any young people out there like me, believe in yourself and keep going. Just don’t give up and you will get muscle and get stronger, trust me, I know.

@@victoriaacarrizosa3991 I would suggest to keep doing it, I have done nothing but this workout 2 times in a row for about a year now and I saw results within a couple months. This is literally the only ab oriented exercise I do and it works amazing, just do this along with your regular lifting and stuff and it will work guranteed!

I've been doing this for a while now , and I more than glad to have this kind of workout , the satisfaction is beyond my imagination , nothing feels better than being able to pull it out 4 times in a row. I started training around May 2018 , and as a skinny guy , I am proud of myself , because changes in my body are significant. I never skip workout ever since I have started , If I was able to pull it out you can do too , good luck and big thanks to Heria for all of his advices ! Stay strong

마스터김치 yeah at that level. You can push yourself at that level like I’m trying to do. But if you push yourself to like 2-3 rounds. You will feel like your about to pass out or die. I dont know that’s what it felt like for me, I ate before I workout. I just felt light headed but satisfying asf before

Thank you Chris for the workout. I really enjoy doing variations of planks, push ups with mountain climbers. I recently found out I have gastritis on top of my PTSD and Insomnia, unfortunately they play off each other. As a result I have to eat healthier and control the stress and I'm already stronger because of it. If anybody asks I'll send them to you man. I hope this channel is here to stay.

Attempt #1 completed wish me luck guys Attempt #7 ok this is the first time I managed to complete the whole thing without stopping halfway and I see some abs starting to develop Attempt #9 gonna do 2 rounds today I do this excercise 3x a week it really helps Attempt #10 another two rounds of this maybe next time I might push myself to do 3 Attempt # 11 3 rounds today did this after a shoulder workout ---- After 1 year of being inactive from this workout, I decided to start again, September 6th 2020 Attempt #1-3: I do this workout daily, I’ll try two rounds tomorrow. I’ll keep you guys updated. Attempt #4: Did 2 rounds today as 1 felt too easy, I can feel my core strengthening but no visuals yet. Attempt #5: another 2 rounds, I can actually see some abs when I tense really hard in my core. Attempt #6 and 7: 3 rounds each, making some progress Attempt #8: 3 rounds again, I tried to perfect my form as much as possible as I found that my form was a bit sloppy in v ups, planks knees to elbow and toe touches. Made sure to bring my knees as close as possible in the plank exercise to my elbows and straightened my as much as possible in toe touches and v ups. Could definitely feel it more this time.

So i had trubble going true this and the 2019 ab workout but today i was abel to finish the first one with perfect form in an ok speed and the other one with a bit trubble and now im really breaking a sweat so i love this workout...

26 years old 5, 11” 212 pounds never had abs lowest I’ve been my whole 20s was 194. Time to get at it and get down to 188. Been hiking/running for two weeks and now need to start incorporating strength training and these types of workouts 2020 is the year to get abs. Update: 07/21/2020 I’m now 205.4 keep it going! Never stop! Make your dreams come true. Update: 08/072020 I’m now 206 though I’m now very fit just need to maintain my routine if I want to be lean. Hopefully by the end of August should be 200. Update 16th August 2020: I’m now 202.8 It took what seemed like forever to break that 205 mark though with persistence and discipline it’s possible. I’ve been mixing it up from jogging/hiking 6days a week. And including this in my regiment, though you really need to watch your caloric intake.

I have been doing the 10 minute home workout for 6-pack everyday for almost 3 months now and I can see a huge difference in my abs! They are more defined and the love handles are gone. I am now doing the workout 5 times at once each day. It is not difficult to do them anymore. I tried this 5 minute abs workout today. I will add this to my daily exercise routine. Thank you very much Chris for great workouts!

I've been building up with this as a daily routine for a few days short of a month and I finally hit my goal. I made it through 5 rounds solid, not cheating the timer or anything. Overall I feel better and I can see improvements. Great routine by yourself and also a great one to grab a friend to join for extra motivation.

The first time for me to do any of these workouts because I thought they would be too intense but none of the "female versions" ab work outs really did anything for me! I managed to make 2 rounds. I'll keep it up until I get to 5! Great workout!
