You can reduce the intensity by changing the work/rest ratio. For example 30sec work 30sec rest, and you complete 5 rounds as Chris said. As you get better you will be able to do 45/15 too !! Good luck.
I'm doing it with 30secs work, 15 secs rest. I am sorry about your ankle but this can be done. I'd say reduce active time and increase rest time if you choose to come back to it. Don't push your body above what it can achieve. There are no short cuts to fitness.
I appreciate how he doesn't just show how to do the workouts or make cuts in the video but that he actually does them straight through. He's not afraid to show how he struggles a bit at the end of the exercises and that's definitely encouraging and refreshing.
It's great I do this workout with him every morning, I put this video on my TV and just blast this workout. I'm much more motivated than doing it alone.
Today I reached 5 rounds. Each exercise 45 seconds. 2 min gap between rounds. It feels unreal. Now I understand how Chris gets his energy and motivation.

Brp dont do it every single day even though u lost 2% body fat in 2weeks you might lose your mascle mass too and u dont wanna let that happen trust me . So atleast do it 2 or 3 times a week its eniugh to get shredded

This workout is exhausting! I managed to do all 5 rounds but I had to pause A LOT in between. By round 5 I was super on-and-off I probably rested for half the time and did the exercise the other half due to my pure exhaustion, but as Chris said, it's okay to pause as long as you keep going when you recover. Even with all the pauses, I pushed myself further than I could've if I followed a routine I made up myself. Thanks Chris. The videos are produced in a way it feels catered to me personally. You could've decided to not post any workouts on this channel and kept promoting the ThenX membership even more, but you're not, which is extremely kind. You could've made so much more money by being selfish but you're not being greedy, instead helping people around the world get into better shape. Anyway, I just wanted to express my gratitude, even though Chris won't most likely see this.

I did this cardio 1 or 2 rounds in first week then I used to make it in 5 rounds quite easily but hard :) a weeks after I added: (15 crunches + 20 push ups + 20 squat + 15 burpees + 20 (dips) tricep exercise using edge of sofa) all in 5 rounds takes 1:20hr-1:30hr, 3-5 days a week. Ok it kills maybe but when you'v done it you'd say Im the happiest human on earth.

Man I can only make it to 3 rounds and my body just can't recover fast enough within the 2 min breaks to continue, at that point I need like 10 mins lol! I'm going to try this routine every morning for a month to see how efficient my body will be at adapting.

Saw this last night at work. Decided to to this cardio this morning. I have to say Holy FU**. It was intense. Im a 215lbs dude now... BUt man was it satisfying on the 5th rep of bicycle kicks where you stopped for a second, I powered through. Thanks for this man, def doing this 3+ times a week now. I was Drenched in sweat.
Today was my day 1 22 year old Last month i was 62 kilos, exactly 29 days later i am 73 KGs Skinny arms and legs Fat belly, fat face and fat thighs. For u to know i ate a lot of junk foods and a lot of stress due to improper sleep and masturbation. My posture is also fucked up. I am using perfect posture app for that. It became hard for me to walk, it was pain in the ass even to walk a mile. I ate very unhealthy foods and i promise to reduce my weight But today i found this video and i did 3 sets, After 1 set my body gave up After 2 set my soul crushed But the third set is where i found my willpower Aiming for 5 sets 2moro 😅

I wish I we oils have found your channel 3 years ago. I've been struggling with weight loss for about 5 years now with no results. I've been doing these workouts with the intermittent fasting and I'm down like 20-25 lb's in three months, now I have to pump up the intensity and traning to see more results. Thank you so much for the work you put into your videos and all the help and inspiration you give your viewers.
Doing this from about 2-3 months, I had gap between them then doing regular now and my abs started showing a bit my body fat is slowly decreasing and before I was 75-76kg now at 71kg , I used to do 5 rounds with 10 min planks, trying 10 rounds + 15 min planks. Wish me luck :)
Can you help me I m a bit fat 79kg but after i m doing workout i only eat omlete in breakfast and workout 2times i m litreally losing 1kg in each day can u help me is this a problem
@@youraccountishacked6982 bruh losing 1kg per day is not good, track your maintanence calories and stay in a caloric deficit. Do resistence training as well and cardio 2 times a week and be sure to have a complete rest day for ur muscle recovery. Eat a Good amount of protein,somewhere around 2×bodyweight (gms). Stay motivated and accomplish ur goal :).
