I've been on a weight loss journey for the last 6 months and have been building up a lot of core strength recently, to the point where my abs routine was not burning like it used to. So I was searching for some abs workouts to add to my abs day routine and THIS is the ONE!! Added to playlist!
i started going to the gym about a month ago, like 4 times a week and id cool down with your 15 min stretches every workout!! just added this one to my workout mix today :D
Kaleigh , I'm new to your videos, but I love them. The workouts are realtively simple and I can feel my muscles waking up. You are a great teacher. BTW are the dogs alive. They don't even seem to be breathing!
