Love this 5 minute cardio session. It really gets your heart rate going and the sweat flowing. I always use it when I want a short but intense cardio session. Would be awesome if you could do some more short cardio workouts like this but maybe 10 minute ones.
Thats cause he stopped using the roids. I suspect thats one of the reasons he decided to retire from his channel. He prob started having health problems due to the side effects of the roids.

Absolutely! Something every day is much better than nothing. And the best part about it is that we get our body used to movement, we start enjoying it and what we enjoy we automatically do more. Keep it up sister

Dear Mike, can you talk about nutrition? how can we lose fat? do we have to count calories and be hungry in order to be in caloric deficit ? most youtubers nowadays say that. what is your opinion and your strategy for nutrition to get sixpackabs?
I'm all for your new bodyweight and more holistic approach to fitness. However, if you're going to throw punches/shadowbox you might as well attempt to use good technique. It actually makes things harder which will challenge your legs and shoulders more. Also, if you were ever in a situation where you had to punch for protection, you'd be more likely to do it right.
