This is what I think to save LOADS of time. Learn one diet, one training routine, one way to do your creative work (example: emily dickinson wrote the same way and style daily), do the same schedule with the exception of sick days and special events, keep the same health and beauty routine, see mostly the same people...etc.

@Mike Chang, Its quite interesting, when you had your other channel I was all about my physical form and STILL use some of those 4-circuit ab routines lol. Then I got lost and went off on a dark road, then when I return and am about working the trifecta (mental, physical and spiritual) instead of just physical, it turns out that you had gone through your own spiritual awakening, and here I am yet again watching you, just in a more enlightend format 😈😎😇

I was only 23 when i first saw your video i weigh 160lbs and went down to 121lbs. You’re one of the reason how i made it. Its been 7 years Now and i randomly remember your videos so decided typed in your name and i’m so glad to see you making new videos. Btw im 31 now 180lbs last year and now 150lbs took me 3 months to lose all those weight i’m still working on getting to 138lbs that’s my goal. Keep inspiring mike! You’re the goat in your field! 💪🏻

The body adapts very rapidly after a while you have to create a new routine just to keep motivated and the body growing in all aspects not only at a physical level, at least for me

Human needs routine or we become messy. When i was ripped and super fit. i did this daily no matter the weather. I walked a long steep hill and a bridge twiceca day and I danced 3 a day a week and went hiking and fishing on saturdays.

The catch is that a lot of people enjoy the challenge of figuring out new routines. That's the problem with the human brain. Stasis is paralysis. It's also very motivating.

Loved the Pinky and the Brain reference 😂❤😂. I did come to the same understanding, doing one thing over and over and better and better and deeper and deeper. Not many speak about this, because the new thing messes with your focus

This is so refreshing listening to you again. I have always enjoyed a structure but yet not doing the same thing over and over. I know it can lead to my downfall so listening to you really helps me see we can indeed have flexibility but ensuring we master a base line of doing the same thing over and over is really important. Thank you for your insights.

totally agree...been pondering these ideas and implementing them myself little by little in recent years...once the de-programming begins, the resistance to the pendulum strengthens, and the "practice" mentality gains momentum, it feels a lot more like common sense...who'd a thunk it?...ty...peace...
