🚀 New 5-Minute Jump Rope Workout: Run Skip Edition! 🚀
Hey everyone! I've just uploaded another 5-minute jump rope workout, and this time we're focusing on the Run Skip. Whether you're just starting out or looking for a new challenge, this workout is perfect for you! 💪
Workout Details:
⏱️ 5 Rounds: 40 seconds jumping, 20 seconds rest
👟 Focus: Run Skip with different variations each round
🔥 Challenge: Each round introduces a new variation of the Run Skip to make it more challenging if you're up for an extra test!
This workout is designed to:
- Help you get fitter in just 5 minutes
- Improve your footwork and jump rope skills
- Fit into your busy schedule as a warm-up, cardio blast, or on a rest day

Yes! An easy way of practising footwork in a short routines. Good for a warm up before you pump the iron or before getting stuck into a combo or skills! These are ways how I practised footwork when I first started skipping to help enjoy the experience of jumping rope & improve technique, footwork and balance! I love running skip so I will do this one as part of my weekly skipping. I always try to do a 45min session 4 times a week.❤💪🏾

​​@@EddieJumpsplease use that clock where it makes a 3 seconds countdown and beep at the beginning and end of a round cos when a person skip its hard to keep track of the clock.❤🇿🇦💪🏾
