5-Minute Jump Rope Workout | Beginner Friendly | No Trips, No Excuses!
Welcome to a brand new 5-minute jump rope workout! This quick and easy routine is designed to help you get fitter, practice in small stages, and improve your footwork and jump rope skills. Perfect for beginners, this workout can be added to your rest day, used as a warm-up, or as a cardio blast during your lunch break.
Workout Structure:
5 Rounds:
40 Seconds On, 20 Seconds Rest
Focus: Basic Bounce
Each working interval will introduce a different variation of the basic bounce to challenge you and keep things interesting. And for a bit of fun, every time I mess up or trip over my rope, I will do 5 push-ups at the end of my workout. Luckily, I didn't get any trips this time!

Yo! Unfortunately they will always be part of the game because of the amount of jumps you’ll do, it takes a while for your body to adjust. That’s why I recommend starting nice and slow. Will do a longer video on this!

Trust me, I understand. I just strung together four jumps in a row, and that was difficult!! 😫😫😫😫 I'm determined to get it, though. We just have to practice a little each day.
