Thank you for your stretch series. I use them and the morning to strech before I go to work and will begin doing them at break time to. I really have started feeling a difference.
When you do the neck stretches at the beginning of this video, are you using your neck muscles to "pull"/force a little bit the neck to one side, or are you ONLY using the passive weight of the head? I ask because I'm always afraid of pulling a muscle in my neck, which happens to me often.
