Welcome to this beautiful Yoga inspired routine for neck, shoulder and upper back pain relief. These stretches are designed to help you reduce tension, and gain more relaxation and body awareness. Gift yourself with 10 minutes, just for yourself!
The exercises are suitable for beginners and you can basically do them everywhere. Either sitting on a mat (optional on a blanket), on a chair, at the edge of your bed or even outside while waiting for public transportation.
This routine is also the perfect little office break in order to release tension caused by sitting all day long at the desk.
Furthermore I would like to welcome all of the new non-German-speaking followers here on my channel. Most of you came through my 15 Min. Full Body Stretch and I am more than happy to share my practise with you with the help of these kind of videos (music only, no talking).
In addition to my German voice-over-videos, I will be producing more music-only stretching and fitness content in the future, so everybody can join! If you have any video requests, please let me know in the comments.

Stretches that actually work!! And I love the beeps and the fact there isn't any talking. Because of that, I don't have to look at the screen so much and I can close my eyes and just focus on stretching.

I started off with doing half a video once per week, now a couple months later im doing at least 2 of your videos per day. I havent felt as good about myself in a long time. Yes, I agree. ❤️ We are using your video for breaks in our working sessions with clients. So we love the format, and it's simple(only sitting) and short. It just would be nice if you could add a couple of seconds, to arrive and take a view deep breaths. Also since I do understand German and love your voice, it would be so nice to hace your short instructions about breathing, movements and thinking for English speaking people. Couldn't find an English speaking yogi with similar qualities. If anyone has suggestions?

For me, a 22 year old male, this is the first routine I found that is easy to follow for me as a beginner. My back, neck and shoulders felt a bit better after the routine, and because there is no talking and such a good flow, it also relaxed my mind a bit. I'll definitely do this one more often! Just found this! Absolutely bartender approved. If you’re in the industry and on the shorter side, it’s a lot of repetitive movement that’s above your head (beer taps) or out in front of you where you have to reach and it really locks the shoulders and neck up. This was amazing for release. Thank you!

I've found your channel by accident. And it's the best accident I've had so far. I love that You do not repeat exercises and there's not much talk (You've got a beautiful voice to match your beautiful face but: 1. I don't understand German and 2. I prefer to listen to music than human voice when I do exercises). In other words your channel is PERFECT and I LOVE training with YOU.

I love love the set up with the no talking just music and time beeps, it gives me a chance to get in the position and see it’s flow. I dont feel like I’m rushing to get into the next pose, I still get the full 30 seconds stretch! Thanks for your great work, it’s a nice change from all the other videos out there. The last section about self-neck massage is SO apt. We often forget that we can take 30 seconds out to massage those tensed-up muscles ourselves, but when you made that a section of the stretch-routine it becomes so easy to do!! Thanks, Mady. This is the best! I have chronic neck pain and a stiff back. These stretches were perfect for me and exactly what I needed. I’ve done a lot of neck stretching videos and they are usually too intense and make my neck cramp. I’m so glad I found this.

Im a year late, but girl - you’re amazing. Almost fractured my back a few years ago. My lower back has been messed up ever since, and it doesn’t help when unresolved trauma lays in your back and neck. This stretch took my body and made it soften like boiling noodles. Thanks for this👌🏽

I've developed some pretty serious pain down my left side in the past couple years, mostly due to sitting at a PC too often. This routine is doing wonders for me. I honestly didn't think it would help much but I do this every night about an hour before bed and it relieves so much tension and pain. Thank you so much.

This is the best!! I love being able to actually enjoy each stretch without rushing onto the next one and feeling like I fell behind. I'm 62 years old, living in the U.S. I also appreciate this format without vocalizations, plus the bells to let me know when to prepare for the next stretch. It was effective for my neck and didn't hurt me although I have a connective tissue illness. I would prefer only instrumental music without vocals.

I have rly often pain in my shoulders and neck and i have been trying to find a stretches that work, and i just gotta say that wow. My shoulders actually feel rly good and it doesnt cause any pain for me to keep a good posture, thank you so much for this💞

Find myself keep coming back to this stretch because it will give an instant relief for my neck and shoulder pain. And i love how there's no talking, only the beep and calming music.

Ich wünsche mir ein Feel better Yoga. I just did this today after not doing yoga for about a year. My upper back and neck were in a lot of pain when I woke up. After following your video, I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. Thank you! I love the format (straight to the point), and I LOVE your music.

Mady hatte mal erzählt, dass sie ihren deutschsprachigen Zuschauern treu bleibt, aber weiterhin, neben deutschen Videos, auch Videos für nicht deutschsprachige Zuschauer macht. Nur weil das eine kommt, muss das andere nicht gehen.😀 Ich finde schön, dass sie auch an alle anderen denkt. Du nicht?

Ich vermute mal, es ist auch eine Frage der individuellen Persönlichkeit. Der/Die eine mag es visuell, der/die andere auditiv, der/die andere haptisch. Beispielsweise kann man bei Videos ohne Stimme tief in die eigenen Muskeln hineinspüren (haptisch), während Videos mit Madys Stimme eventuell auditive Persönlichkeiten eher ansprechen.

I've been struggling with neck, shoulder, upper back pain for a little while now and tried this last night before going to sleep and this really helped!! I was able to sleep so much better and not feel achey thank you so much 💗 Also, I love that it's relaxing music, the routine is clear, and lets you know when the next thing is coming with the beeps. I will definitely keep using this 💕

Hands down my favourite yoga channel. It's really easy to follow the prompts because you see the instructor do them twice (at the end of the current exercise and start of the new one). And Mady's smile says "you got this!" without her saying anything at all :)

I love that there are no talking or minimal cue stretching and yoga videos. I’m easily stressed out with too much noise. Thank you this is my favorite shoulder stretch video

I never felt so refreshing.... I'm CA student from India. I need to sit for 8-10 hous for study, due to that my posture became so bad.. and from past few days I'm getting back pain also. I've started doing this almost every morning and I have stopped needing to go to my chiropractor, which was a relief during Covid. I still may go in for a tuneup here and there in the future, but apparently what I really needed was consistent stretching. All of the stretching/yoga videos I've ever tried have been too overwhelming, but the music-only option with the beeps was perfect for me to actually feel what my body was doing. Thank you so, so, so much.

I have been following this video every morning for a few weeks and still love it. As I get older it's not easy to just pop out of bed anymore. This is a great, peaceful way to start my day and it only takes 10 minutes for me to move so much easier!

Thank you from Calgary. Been doing this stretch almost daily for about 2 weeks now. I have low grade chronic pain: Bursitis + rhomboid injury on the right side; supraaspinatus on the left. This stretch has certainly helped manage the pain and I feel stronger on the upper back. I love the music and the audio cues as well. Namaste.

I love your classes, especially in your new format! My German isn't perfect, so seeing you demonstrate the pose before we do it is lovely! No speech, with a musical background, is very relaxing. Please do some classes that are longer in length, similar to your German classes! Namaste!
