Before I found your channel I wasn’t doing any warm ups or cool downs in my training. Now that I have your follow along videos I have no excuse not to do them. Thank you for your inspiration! 🥰
Fantastic cool down Julia, not only it helped me release the tension from the upper body, but also my lower back felt really good here! And trust me I needed that 💖
Nicely put together overall, would incorporate some neck rotations. Just leaving this here as a note for future self, good if you are really stiff. But if you do yoga or some type of mobility/stretch work on a regular, this barely touches the stiff spots.
You can totally add these into the first exercise (it‘s suggested on screen too ☺️). These are very basic and more so for a post-gym-workout to calm down & reset. Not a stretching video. 🙏🏼
