This one is fantastic, have added it in to daily staples - the 5 min stretching and the arm workout with weights... then I add in a different HIIT or indoor workout depending on how much time. I feel great in lockdown!!
Did this workout for the first time in December. I found it really tough and was ready to give up on it, especially the twisting planks. But hey, I am not a quitter and my new year resolution was to conquer this one. And I am getting there, bit by bit. I could only do 6 of the twisting planks to start with, but am up to 20. I still huff and puff a lot, but know I am improving, which is great, and that gives me confidence .I like to think of myself as Supersonic 67 when I do these and Shellea's other exercises, which have been a godsend during lockdown etc. Keep up the good work!
Update. I can’t believe it, but I can actually do the twisting planks now. Just goes to show how fab Schellea’s exercises are and how, a bit at a time, they can work wonders!

Hi Shellea, So happy you did this video. I was trying to find an abs video that would be doable for me as many of the RU-vid videos are geared for women much younger and with a greater range of mobility. You took those same exercises I would love to do and 'slowed it down' so I could accommodate my lower back issues. BTW, I purchased the same hula hoop you use and have been doing your challenge. Slow at first but I'm in the swing of it now. Thanks!
I came back to this exercise b/c it really seems to help me with bladder leaks. I have noticed since I switched to different abdominal exercise that my leaks have increased again. Soooo back to this exercise!
Once again, thank you amazing Shellea. Here I am at almost 70 doing HIIT abs, who would've thought. You are so encouraging and make me realize I'm not failing I'm working hard. The first time I made this workout was impossibile ti follow you. Today I did It with less effort. It Is hard, but with six mounths of exercise I could do It!

Oh how id love to exersize. But as ling having contracted covid is leaving me in a lot of pain i can barely move. I will really need to exersize when im well again. Your looking great as ever. 😊👌

This was tough for me! I must have weak wrists and I have a bad shoulder. I love all your workouts, but I think I’ll go back to the hula hoop abs and your 10 minute abs! 😅

Like one being easy workout then two the medium workout, and of course the way you work out for the ones that can work out like you will be three. Gosh haven't even got the upper body strength to hold myself while attempting most of these but look fantastic. Wish I could do them better, arms started shaking immediately!
