Self care is definitely a must .It's a priority, but listening to this practice was haunting it kinda put me in a Outer Limits or twilight , espoide 😮 l gonna piggyback on tejsayaday 8356 comment

The digitalised, animatronic computer generated voice over is really a shame 😢 it feels really jarring when meditating.
